چکیده
|
موفقیت در تحولِ نظام‌های آموزشی منوط به قابلیت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان است. سرفصل ارائه‌‌شده به دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان باید مبتنی‌بر نیازهای شغلی آنها باشد تا به کسب صلاحیت حرفه‌ای در آنها بینجامد. با‌توجه‌به کاستی‌های فراوانی که متخصصان رشته زبان انگلیسی این دانشگاه درباره سرفصل رشته مذکور مطرح کرده بودند، محققان حاضر بعد از اطمینان از روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه تعیین صلاحیت، از 87 استاد رشته زبان انگلیسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان کشور به تکمیل این پرسش‌نامه دعوت کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، ازمنظر استادان مذکور، برنامه درسی جدید این رشته در مقایسه با برنامه درسی قدیم در افزایش مهارت و نگرش دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان موفق‌تر خواهد بود. هم‌چنین، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که برنامه درسی جدید در مقایسه با برنامه درسی قدیم در تقویت دانش موضوعی تربیتی در مقایسه با دانش تربیتی و دانش موضوعی به‌‌مراتب موفق‌تر عمل خواهد کرد.

A Critical Analysis of the Latest Curriculum for English Language Teacher Education at Farhangian University

Abstract
|
As the suitability of any educational system depends on its teachers’ competencies, it seems necessary to pay enough attention to the educational curriculum of the student teachers of the Farhangian University. Hence, a reliable and valid researchermade questionnaire including three components as skill, knowledge, and attitude developed for assessing the latest and the old English language teacher curriculums of Farhangian University was distributed among 87 English professors. The results of this study showed that from the English professors of Farhangian University’s point of view, there was a significant difference between the old and the latest English language teacher curricula in increasing the professional competencies of studentteachers of Farhangian University. This means that the latest curriculum as compared to the old one will considerably be more successful in increasing the skills and attitudes of the studentteachers. Furthermore, the results of the current research also indicated that the latest curriculum will be more successful in increasing the studentteachers’ PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge), CK (Content Knowledge) and PK (Pedagogical Knowledge).
