چکیده
|
یکی از کتاب‌های چاپ‌شده در حوزۀ صنایع دستی کتاب شناخت صنایع دستی ایران است که مولف آن را به‌عنوان کتاب درسی برای دانشجویان رشته‌های مدیریت جهان‌گردی، مدیریت هتل‌داری، و مدیریت امور گمرکی معرفی کرده است. مقالۀ حاضر بررسی و نقد این کتاب است. پس از معرفی کتاب، نخست نقد شکلی اثر و سپس نقد محتوا صورت گرفته است. در این مقاله، به‌روش نقد و تحلیل کتاب موردارزیابی قرار می‌گیرد و ضمن برشمردن نواقص، کاستی‌ها، و اشتباهات نشان داده می‌شود که اثر یادشده به‌عنوان یک کتاب درسی دانشجویی نمی‌تواند مورداستفاده قرار گیرد و جامعیت یک کتاب علمی را ندارد. ازجمله استفاده‌نکردن از منابع علمی و تاریخی در بیان مطالب کتاب، توضیحات ناکافی در عناوین تخصصی، استفاده‌نکردن از ابزارهای علمی مناسب، تکراری‌بودن محتوا، و ... نقدی است که بر این کتاب ارائه شده است. اشکالات موجود در تاثیر منفی کتاب در دانش مخاطبان نقش قابل‌توجهی دارد و آن را شایستۀ حضور در محیط دانشگاهی نمی‌کند. درپایان، پیش‌نهادهایی برای رفع کاستی‌ها و اشکالات ارائه شده است.

A Criticism on the Book “Recognition of Handicrafts of Iran”

Abstract
|
One of the published books in handicraft is the Book “Recognition of Handicrafts of Iran”, which is introduced as a textbook for students of Tourism Management, Hotel Service Management, and Customs Management courses. This paper reviews and criticizes this book. After introducing the book, first formal criticisms and then content criticisms are presented. Research method of this paper is a criticalanalytical method through which shortcomings and mistakes are highlighted. It is shown that the work could not be used as a student textbook and it is not comprehensive as a scientific book. Lack of using scientific and historical resources for expressing the contents, lack of sufficient explanation in specialized titles, lack of appropriate scientific tools and repetitious contents are some weaknesses of this book. These pitfalls have a significant role on the negative impact on the audience’s knowledge, so it is not a suitable bookto be taught in the university. At the end, some suggestions are made to fix the shortcomings.
