سرگشتگیِ نشانه‌ها (نگاهی به نشانه‌معناشناسیِ ادبیات: نظریه و روش تحلیلِ گفتمانِ ادبی)

نظریه نشانه‌شناسیِ گریماسی عمدتاً ازطریق نوشته های دکتر حمیدرضا شعیری به فارسی‌زبانان معرفی شده است. این نظریه پیچیدگی های خاصِ خود را دارد، اما شیوه معرفیِ این نظریه و مفاهیمِ بنیادین و مبانیِ روش‌شناختیِ آن در حوزه زبان فارسی به‌گونه‌ای بوده است که نه‌تنها به ایضاح این پیچیدگی ها نینجامیده، بلکه خود بر تعقید و ابهام این حوزه افزوده است. در مقاله حاضر، با تاکید بر آخرین کتاب شعیری در این زمینه، یعنی نشانه‌معناشناسیِ ادبیات: نظریه و روش تحلیل گفتمان ادبی (1395)، نشان داده خواهد شد که مهم‌ترین عوامل ابهام حاکم بر نوشته های مولف درباب نشانه‌شناسیِ گریماسی، عبارت اند از: 1. فقدان نگاه تاریخیِ مولف به نظریه نشانه‌شناسی، 2. آشفتگی در تعاریف، تقسیم‌بندی‌ها و کاربرد اصطلاحات، و 3. کاربرد معادل های فارسیِ نارسا برای اصطلاحات فنیِ نظریه نشانه‌شناسیِ گریماسی. مقاله با این جمع بندی به پایان خواهد رسید که مولف کتاب نتوانسته تصویر دقیقی از چگونگیِ کاربرد این نظریه و روش خاصِ آن در حوزه ادبیات به‌دست دهد و مقدماتی ترین پرسش هایی که هنگام کاربردِ نظریه و روشی خاص در بررسی و ارزیابیِ متون ادبی سر بر می آورند نه در کتاب موردنقد و نه در هیچ‌یک از دیگر نوشته های مولف پاسخ روشنی نگرفته‌اند.

Uncertainties of Semiotics (A Review of the SemioSemantics of Literature: Towards the Theory and Method of Literary Discourse Analysis)

The semiotics theory of Greimas is mainly introduced to Persian readers by Hamid Reza Sha’iri. This article attempts to prove that the presentation of this theory and the explanation of its foundational concepts and methodological bases, have only made it more complicated and difficult. This article examines Sha’iri’s last book, namely The SemioSemantics of Literature: Towards the Theory of Literary Discourse Analysis and some other writings of the author to show the causes of ambiguity which exist through them. The most important causes of ambiguity in what the author has written about Grimasian semiotics are: 1 The lack of historical approach to semiotics theory 2 Ambiguity of definitions, classifications and terms 3 using insufficient and sometimes wrong Persian substitutes for technical terms of Greimasian theory of semiotics. The article concludes that because of the aforementioned faults, the book cannot represent how the Greimasian semiotic concepts and methodology should be applied to the literary texts, and even the most elementary questions about the application of different methods in understanding and assessing literary texts, remain unanswered.
