بررسی ویژگی های فنی و هنری قاشق های چوبی دوره های صفوی و قاجار

قاشق های چوبی از جمله آثار هنری هستند که به عنوان شیئ تزئینی و کاربردی در دوره های صفوی و قاجار شناخته می شوند. شناسایی و بررسی ویژگی های به کار رفته در قاشق های هر دوره، نشانگر تکرار و تداوم این ویژگ یها در تزئینات، ترکیب بندی و ساختار کلی این قاشق ها است. از آنجایی که این قاشق ها ویژگی های هنری و فنی مشابه داشته و در بازه زمانی نزد کی به هم ساخته شده اند، پرسش اصلی مقاله ای نگونه مطرح می شود که وجوه اشتراک و افتراق فنی و هنری قاشق های چوبی صفوی و قاجار چه هستند؟ و پرسش فرعی این است که در قاشق های چوبی قدیمی از نظر ویژگی های هنری، بر چه مواردی تاکید بیشتری شده و متداول ترین و پرکاربردترین ویژگی های فنی و هنری در تزئینات کدام هستند؟ هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل ویژگی های هنری و فنی موجود در این قاشق ها بر اساس توصیف و تطبیق آنها است تا وجوه مشترک و متفاوت آنها تعیین شده و در نتیجه با بررسی میزان اشتراکات، متداول ترین و پرکاربردترین ویژگی های فنی و هنری در آنها مشخص شوند. در این پژوهش، روش تحقیق، توصیفی تطبیقی با رویکردی کیفی است. جمع آوری اطلاعات با بهره گیری از اسناد مکتوب صورت گرفته است. نمونه های آماری پژوهش، 17 تصویر متعلق به دوره های صفوی و قاجار هستند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند. نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند که فرم کلی قاشق ها در هر دو دوره صفوی و قاجار، از الگوی کاملاً مشابهی پیروی نموده است و جزئیات مشترکی دارد. وجود نقوشی چون؛ هندسی، اسلیمی، گل های چند پر و نقوش حیوانی در هر دوره، نمایانگر میزان تاثیرپذیری مشترک این هنرها از الگوهای مشابه است. تر یک ببندی اجزای قاشق ها شامل؛ دهانه، دسته و تزئینات که به صورت یک تکه و چندتکه درست شده اند. تزئینات دربردارنده نقوش متنوع و مختلف با ساختار و به روش انتقالی هستند. قاشقها غالباً یک تکه و از چوب گلابی و با فن منبت و مشبک ساخته شده اند. استفاده از الگوی یکسان دهانه و دسته، هنرمندان مشترک، منطقه جغرافیایی، نوع چوب های موجود و قابل استفاده برای قاشق تراشی و محدودیت فضای طراحی و ساخت برای استفاده از نقوش متنوع تر، از ویژگی های پرکاربرد در ساخت قاشق های چوبی هستند.

Investigation of technical and artificial features of wooden spoons in Safavid and Qajar periods

Wooden spoons are among the works of art that are known as decorative and functional objects in the Safavid and Qajar periods. Identifying and examining the features used in the spoons of each period indicates the repetition and continuity of these features in the decorations, composition and general structure of these spoons. Since these spoons have similar artistic and technical characteristics and were made in a close period of time, the main question of the present study is: What are the commonalities and technical and artistic differences between Safavid and Qajar wooden spoons? And the subquestion is: What is more emphasized in terms of artistic features in the old wooden spoons and what are the most common and widely used technical and artistic features in decorations? The purpose of this investigation is to identify and analyze the artistic and technical features of these spoons based on their description and adaptation to identify their common and different aspects and thus, determine the most common and most widely used technical and artistic features in them by examining the amount of commonalities. The research method used is descriptivecomparative adopting a qualitative approach. Data collection was done using written documents. Statistical samples of the research are 17 images belonging to the Safavid and Qajar periods that were purposefully selected and studied. The results of the research indicated that the general shape of the spoons, has followed a completely similar pattern and has common details. Existence of designs such as: Geometric, Islamic, multifeathered flowers, and animal motifs in each period shows the common influence of these arts from similar patterns. The composition of the spoon components includes openings, handles and decorations that are made in one piece and several pieces. The decorations include various designs with a structure of 1/1 and 1/2, by transfer method. The spoons are often made of one piece of pear wood with an inlaid and lattice technique. Using the same pattern of openings and handles, the same artists, geographical area, type of wood available and usable for cutting spoons and limited design and construction space to use more diverse designs are common features used in making wooden spoons.
