ارتباط بین کارآفرینی سازمانی و رهبری تحول‌آفرین با مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی در جامعه پزشکی

مقدمه: امروزه سازمان‌ها با این موضوع مواجه هستند که چه عواملی زمینه‌ساز رشد و شکوفایی مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی آن‌ها خواهد شد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین کارآفرینی سازمانی و رهبری تحول‌آفرین با مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی جامعه پزشکی انجام گردید.روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش توصیفیتحلیلی بود که به روش پیمایشی مقطعی به جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرداخت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی استان کرمان در سال 1397 بود. تعداد 384 نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. داده‌ها از طریق نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه‌های کارآفرینی سازمانی allen و همکاران، رهبری تحول‌آفرین میرمحمدی و رجایی و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی طاهری گردآوری شدند و به کمک مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار amos نسخه 24 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتا‌یج: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد کارآفرینی سازمان (0.002‌=p) و ابعاد آن شامل محیط کسب و کار (0.023‌=p)، فرهنگ کارآفرینانه (0.001‌=p)، گرایش کارآفرینانه (0.031‌=p) و اقدام کارآفرینانه (0.001‌=p) با مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری دارند. همچنین رهبری تحول‌آفرین (0.001‌=p) و ابعاد آن شامل چشم‌انداز (0.004‌=p)، نهادینه‌سازی تغییرات (0.001‌=p) و فعالیت‌های هدفمند (0.001‌=p) با مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری دارند.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌شود که با به‌کارگیری راهبردهای کارآفرینی سازمانی و رهبری تحول‌آفرین، زمینه اعتلای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی در جامعه پزشکی فراهم شود تا خدماتی شایسته و متناسب با نیاز جامعه ارائه گردد.

The Relation between Organizational Entrepreneurship and Transformational Leadership with Social Responsibility in the Medical Society

Background: Today, organizations are confronted with the issue of what determines the growth and prosperity of their social responsibility. The current study aimed to investigate the relation between organizational entrepreneurship and transformational leadership with social responsibility of the medical society. Methods: The present study was a descriptiveanalytic study with a crosssectional survey design. The statistical population was the managers and staff of the Universities of Medical Sciences in Kerman province in 2018. 384 samples were selected using convenience sampling. Data was collected through the Persian version of the Allen et al. rsquo;s organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire, Mirmohammadi Rajai's transformational leadership questionnaire, and Taheri rsquo;s social responsibility questionnaire. Data was analyzed using structural equations modeling in AMOS ver. 24.0. Results: The findings of this study showed that organizational entrepreneurship (P=0.002) and its dimensions including business environment (P=0.023), entrepreneurial culture (P=0.001), entrepreneurial orientation (P=0.031) and entrepreneurial action (P=0.001) had a positive and significant association with social responsibility. Also, transformational leadership (P=0.001) and its dimensions including perspective (P=0.004), institutionalization of change (P=0.001) and purposeful activities (P=0.001) had a positive and significant association with social responsibility. Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it is suggested that using organizational entrepreneurship and transformational leadership strategies, can promote social responsibility in the medical community and provide appropriate services that match the needs of society.
