The current study identified the socio-variables and factors affecting poverty in jordan. to do just this, theresearchers depend on the secondary data issued by the department of statistics. the description statisticalmethods were used to test the study hypotheses. the study concluded that there were significant differencesbetween poverty and administrative governorates.
