تحلیل عوامل موثر بر توسعه پایدار روستایی با تاکید بر کارآفرینی (مطالعه موردی: دهستان مرحمت آباد شمالی شهرستان میاندوآب)

توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی پتانسیلی برای کمک به تنوع بخشی به درآمد و میزان تولیدات کشاورزی و غیرکشاورزی روستاییان است. همچنین فرصت های مناسبی را برای کاهش ریسک معیشتی و افزایش امنیت غذایی پایدار در مناطق روستایی فراهم می کند و می تواند یکی از زمینه های مناسب برای ایجاد اشتغال در بخش های کشاورزی و غیر کشاورزی باشد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تحلیل عوامل موثر بر توسعه پایدار روستایی با تاکید بر کارآفرینی می باشد. قلمرو مکانی این تحقیق دهستان مرحمت آباد شمالی از توابع شهرستان میاندوآب که دارای 8 روستا می باشد، است. به علت کم بودن روستاها نمونه گیری انجام نشد و تمام روستاها جزء جامعه آماری محسوب گردیدند. جمعیت این دهستان در سال 1390 برابر 10289 نفر و همچنین دارای 2800 خانوار بوده است. که تعداد 139 خانوار از طریق فرمول اصلاح شده کوکران برای انجام تحقیق انتخاب شدند. انتخاب خانوارها در سطح هر روستا، به صورت تصادفی ساده انجام گرفت تا اصل فرصت برابر به منظور انتخاب خانوارها رعایت شده باشد. سطح پایایی پرسشنامه تحقیق با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ 616/0 بدست آمد است. در ادامه جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده از تحلیل عاملی و به شیوه اکتشافی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد، مهم ترین عاملی که موجب توسعه پایدار روستایی شده است، عامل اقتصادی و فردی می باشد. به طوری که با بالا رفتن میزان تسهیلات دریافتی از قبیل وام های خود اشتغالی، منابع مالی لازم و کافی، تنوع شغلی موجب افزایش انگیزه و روحیه فردی در جهت توسعه و گسترش کارآفرینی در محدوده مورد مطالعه شده است. همچنین، عامل زیرساختی کمترین تاثیر را در بین عامل های هشت گانه در توسعه کارآفرینی منطقه داشته است.

Analyzing the Factors affecting Rural Constant Development by Emphasis on Entrepreneurship (Case study: Northern Marhamat Abad Rural district Miandoab County)

Rural entrepreneurship development is a potential to help the variation of income of rural people, increasing agricultural and nonagricultural rural productions, providing appropriate opportunities to reduce the livelihoods risk, increasing the sustainable food safety in rural areas. The outstanding the effect of rural entrepreneurship development refers to create opportunity for employment in agriculture and nonagriculture sectors. Therefore, the aim of the present study refers to analyze the factors affecting rural constant development with emphasis on the entrepreneurship. The spatial scope of the study is Northern Marhamat Abad Rural districtMiandoab County included 8 villages. Because of the less number of villages, all the villages were considered as a part of the target population. In 1390, the population of this rural district was 10289 and included 2800 households that 139 households of this population are selected as the sample by modified Cochran formula. The selection of these households in each village was conducted by Simple Randomization in accordance with the principle of equal opportunity. The reliability of the questionnaire by using of Cronbach's Alpha method obtained 0/616. For analyzing the obtained data, factor analysis was used by exploratory method .The results show that the most important factors that have led to entrepreneurship development and also rural development are economic and personal factors. By increasing the facilities such as selfemployed loans, necessary and sufficient financial resources and employment diversity have somehow caused the increasing of motivation and individual morality in order to the development of the entrepreneurship in the study area. Also, substructure factor had the least effect among 8 factors on the development of the entrepreneurship.
