تحلیلی بر مکان یابی شهرک های صنعتی در شهرستان تبریز با بهره‌گیری از مدل های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره

امروزه مکان یابی مناسب کاربری ها در راستای تحقق اهداف توسعه، یکی از ضرورت های برنامه ریزی در سطوح ملی و منطقه ای می باشد. بر این اساس مکان یابی محل مناسب برای استقرار صنایع می تواند علاوه بر فواید اقتصادی، اثرات ناهنجاری بر محیط را تقلیل و کاهش دهد. لذا هدف این پژوهش تعیین معیارهای موثر بر مکان یابی شهرک های صنعتی در تبریز با توجه به شاخص های توسعه پایدار می‌باشد. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی است و  پس از جمع آوری اطلاعـات مـورد نیـاز بـا اسـتفاده از مدل های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره (تاپسیس، ویکور، الکترا و saw) طبقه بندی و ارزش گذاری متغیرها و لایه های اطلاعاتی و با اتخاذ 10 شاخص طبیعی، جغرافیایی، ‌زیست محیطی و زیربنایی به پهنه بندی اراضی شهرستان تبریز جهت تعیین مکان مناسب برای استقرا شهرک صنعتی اقدام گردید. طبق مطالعات انجام یافته و اعمال وزن‌های حاصل از مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نرم افزار gis این نتیجه حاصل می شود که عوامل زمین لرزه، توپوگرافی و آلودگی بیشترین نقش را در مکان یابی صنعتی در شهرستان به عهده دارند. از طرف دیگر پهنه‌های شرقی تبریز برای مکان یابی شهرک صنعتی مناسب و در مقابل پهنه‌های شمالی و جنوبی شهرستان‌ که به مناطق مرتفع و کوهستان‌ها نزدیک می‌باشند، برای مکان یابی شهرک صنعتی نامناسب می‌باشند. به بیان دقیق تر، از 224045 هکتار کل اراضی شهرستان، 100957 هکتار معادل 45 درصد، پهنه چهارم جهت احداث شهرک صنعتی کاملاً مناسب و پهنه سوم جهت احداث شهرک صنعتی در منطقه مورد مطالعه کاملاً نامناسب می باشد.

Analysis of the Industrial Townsite SelectionbymultiCriteria in Tabriz County by Utilizing Decision Making Models

Today, locate the user in the appropriate direction of realization of a proper development is one of the necessary planning in the national and regional levels. In addition to the economic benefits, location the appropriate place for the establishment of industries is important in order to reduce and cut abnormal its effects on the environment. The aim of this descriptiveanalytic study refers to determine the criteria affecting the location of industrial zone based on analytical method, collecting data, library studies and field observations. In this study, 10 indicators of natural, geographical, and environmental and land zoning by multicriteria decision model (TOPSIS, Vikor, Electra and Saw) were attempting to determine appropriate locations for industrial zone. According to studies and apply the weight of AHP model and GIS software can be mentioned that earthquake, and topography of pollution are the most responsible factors in positioning the industrial town of Tabriz. Meanwhile East of Tabriz is appropriate for industrial zones. In addition, the maps obtained by applying weights north and south zones of Tabriz highland regions are close industrial town location is inappropriate. More specifically, the 224,045 hectares of land in Tabriz, 100,957 hectares (=45 percent) of fourth zone for the construction of Industrial town is completely appropriate and third zone 3 is totally inappropriate for the construction of Industrial town.
