تحلیل اثرات اجرای طرح ‌های هادی روستایی در توسعه مسکن و وضعیت زیست‌ محیطی سکونتگاه های روستایی (مطالعه موردی: روستاهای بخش مرکزی شهرستان جیرفت)

طرح‌ های هادی روستایی با برنامه ها و اقدامات بس شایسته در جهت ایجاد تحول در محیط های روستایی و بعضاً بازآفرینی بخش هایی از این فضاها درجهت توسعه همه‌جانبه پایدار، در اقصی نقاط کشور، موجب بهبود شرایط زیستی شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل اثرات اجرای طرح های هادی روستایی درتوسعه مسکن و وضعیت زیست محیطی سکونتگاه های روستایی بخش  مرکزی شهرستان جیرفت صورت گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از روش پیمایشی است..پس از پیمایش اولیه در 30 نمونه، واریانس صفت رضایتمندی به‌ مقدار 185/0به دست آمد که پس از جایگذاری در فرمول تعداد 135 خانوار به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گردید.. برای پردازش داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله آزمون دوجمله ای، کراسکال والیس وهمچنین تکنیک تاپسیس بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن می باشد که بین متغیرهای اجرای طرح هادی میزان رضایت مندی مردم در خصوص مولفه‌های مسکن و زیست‌محیطی بالاتر از حد متوسط بوده است. همچنین با اطمینان 99%سطح رضایتمندی افراد در روستاهای موردبررسی تفاوت معناداری باهم داشته باشند. بنابراین اجرای طرح هادی روستاهای نمونه در زمینه ی بهبود وضعیت مسکن ، محیط زیست و زندگی روستاییان موفق بوده و توانسته موجبات رضایتمندی نسبی ساکنین روستا را فراهم بیاورد. پس میتوان گفت که هر سه فرضیه مورد تایید قرار گرفته و همچنین نتایج رتبه بندی روستاهای نمونه براساس روش تاپسیس، بیانگر بالاترین تاثیرگذاری اجرای طرح هادی در روستاهای پرجمعیت که سابقه مدیدی از اجرای طرح هادی آن ها می گذرد همچون علی‌آباد با مقدار 995 /0 ، هوکرد با مقدار0/985 بوده است.

the analysis of the effects of implementation of rural conduct plans on housing development and the environmental situation of rural settlements (case study: rural areas at central district in jiroft county)
