تبیین پیامدهای اجتماعی - فرهنگی توسعه گردشگری در روستاهای ساحلی شهرستان رشت

امروزه گردشگری ساحلی با رشدی فزاینده به عنوان عاملی موثر در شکل دهی کانون های توسعه در سایت های ساحلی مناطق روستایی مطرح گردیده است. روستاهای ساحلی شهرستان رشت با چشم اندازی گسترده، میکروکلیمایی مناسب برای توسعه گردشگری به شمار می آید، اما وجود معضلات مترتب بر این مناطق، ساختار اجتماعی – فرهنگی روستاها را در طی سنوات اخیر، با چالش هایی مواجه نموده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی پیامدهای اجتماعی فرهنگی متاثر از توسعه گردشگری در روستاهای یازده گانه ساحلی این شهرستان می باشد. روش انجام پژوهش به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی و از لحاظ هدف، دارای ماهیت کاربردی است. داده ها در قالب طیف لیکرت مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل، از نرم افزار spss و آزمون t تک نمونه ای استفاده گردید. برایند پژوهش نشان می دهد؛ علی رغم اینکه توسعه گردشگری باعث افزایش میزان آگاهی جامعه روستایی گردیده، پیامدهایی نظیر افزایش معضلات جوانان روستایی در خرید زمین به دلیل تشدید بورس‌بازی، فرار از قانون در زمینه ساخت و ساز غیرمجاز، کلاهبرداری و افزایش خرید و فروش غیرقانونی املاک و اراضی به ترتیب با میانگین های وزنی 63/4 ، 41/4 و 40/4، بیشترین میزان آسیب اجتماعی – فرهنگی و اثرگذاری منفی را در بین سایر گویه ها به همراه داشته است.از سوی دیگر، نقش توسعه گردشگری بر افزایش آینده‌نگری جامعه محلی در حفظ منابع محلی، گسترش یکپارچگی و همگرایی اجتماعی – فرهنگی ، ایجاد امنیت و ایمنی جامعه محلی نیز کمرنگ تر از سایر مولفه ها ارزیابی گردیده است که موارد یاد شده، از نتایج تصمیمات حوزه نهادی – مدیریتی بوده است

explaining the socio-cultural consequences of tourism development in coastal villages of rasht county

today, coastal tourism with increasing growth has been considered as an effective factor in the formation of development centers in the coastal sites in rural areas. the coastal villages of rasht county are a suitable microclimate for the development of tourism. however, the existence of problems, has recently challenged the sociocultural structure of the villages. the main purpose of this study is to investigate the sociocultural consequences of tourism development in the eleven coastal villages of this county. the research method is descriptiveanalytical and has a practical nature in terms of purpose. data were analyzed in likert scale,spss software and onesample ttest were used for analysis. the research results show that although the development of tourism has caused an increase in the awareness of the rural community, consequences such as increasing the problems of rural youth in purchase of the land due to the intensification of stock exchange game, evasion of law in the field of unauthorized construction, fraud and increasing the illegal sale and purchase of real estates and lands with weighted averages of 4.63, 4.41 and 4.40 respectively, have caused the highest amount of sociocultural damage and negative impact among other items.on the other hand, the role of tourism development on increasing the foresight of the local community in preserving local resources, expanding sociocultural integration and convergence, creating security of the local community has also been assessed as less important than other components that the institutionalmanagerial decisions have been one of the determining factors in the conditions occurred
