تحلیل ساختاری پیشران های موثر بر تحولات فضایی پسکرانه جنوب غرب کلان شهر تهران مطالعه موردی: شهرستان اسلامشهر

ساختار و تحولات فضایی پسکرانه جنوب غرب کلانشهر تهران در گذر زمان و تحت شرایط مکانی و زمانی و سایر عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، ارتباطی، کالبدی، زیست محیطی و ... به تدریج توسعه و شکل یافته است. اما در این میان برای این که بتوان درک درستی از نیروهای موثر بر تحولات فضایی در این پسکرانه داشته باشیم، ضرورت شناخت پیشران های کلیدی موثر در این رایطه را بیش از پیش ضروی ساخته است؛ تا از این طریق بتوان نیروهای کلیدی موثر بر بروز تحولات فضایی در آینده را مورد بررسی قرار داد. در این راستا، این مقاله کوشیده است با روش تحلیل ساختاری، پیشران های موثر بر تحولات فضایی پسکرانه جنوب غربی تهران شهرستان اسلامشهر در افق 1410 را بازشناسی و خوشه بندی کند. داده های نظری با روش اسنادی و داده های تجربی با روش پیمایشی بر پایه تکنیک دلفی تهیه شده است. جامعه آماری20 نفر از خبرگان شهری بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و پیشران های توسعه، 55 نیروی پیشران در در 6 بعد توسعه (اقتصادی، اجتماعی فرهنگی، مدیریتینهادی، کالبدی، ارتباطی و زیست محیطی) که با روش تحلیل اثرات متقابل ساختاری در نرم‌افزار micmac پردازش شده است. یافته ها از نظر تحلیل اثرات متقابل، بیانگر پراکندگی نیروهای پیشران در وضعیتی پیچیده و بینابین از اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری است؛ نظام خوشه بندی پیشران ها حاکی از تمرکز پیشران های تاثیرگذار و تنطیمی است. از میان 55 نیروی پیش برنده، عوامل تغییرات ساختاری اقتصاد ملی و جهانی، وجود تفرق فضایی پراکنده رویی و مشترکاً فعالیت صنایع غیر مجاز و آلاینده(ریخته گری و آبکاری ها) و بحران آب شرب و مخاطرات طبیعی، به ترتیب با میزان تاثیرگذاری مستقیم 220، 206 و 206 در جایگاه اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند.10 نیروی پیش برنده شناسایی شده از نظر عملکرد سیستمی، پیشران ورودی و با ثبات هستند که نقش اثرگذاری بالا و اثرپذیری اندک دارد و در نتیجه، وضعیت کلان سیستم و تغییرات آن را کنترل می کند و تحولات فضایی این پسکرانه به عملکرد آن ها وابسته است.

Structural analysis of the Driving force the spatial developments of the southwest of the metropolis of Tehran Case study: Islamshahr city

The structure and spatial developments of the southwestern part of Tehran metropolis have been gradually developed and formed over time and under spatial and temporal conditions and other economic, social, communication, physical, environmental, etc. factors. But in the meantime, in order to have a proper understanding of the forces influencing the spatial developments in this region, the necessity of recognizing the key impulses influencing this relationship has become more and more necessary; In this way, the key forces affecting future spatial developments can be examined. In this regard, this article has tried to identify and cluster the driving force the spatial developments of southwestern TehranIslamshahr city on the horizon of 1410 by structural analysis method. Theoretical data were prepared by documentary method and experimental data by survey method based on Delphi technique. Statistical population of 20 urban experts based on purposeful sampling and development drivers, 55 driving force in 6 dimensions of development (economic, sociocultural, managerialinstitutional, physical, communication and environmental) which by structural interaction analysis in MICMAC software is processed. Findings in terms of interaction analysis indicate the dispersion of propulsive forces in a complex and intermediate state of impact and effectiveness; The propulsion clustering system indicates the focus of effective and regulated propulsion. Of the 55 development drivers, 10 are the key driving force of development; These include the structural changes of the national and global economy, the existence of spatial and spatial dispersion, the activities of unauthorized and polluting industries (castings and plating), the crisis of drinking water and natural hazards, the integration and transformation of densely populated villages into cities. Extensive land use change, immigration, poverty and low levels of human and social development, widespread spatial development and rapid physical growth, and excessive pressure on water and soil resources. These forces are stable in terms of system performance of input propulsion, which has a high impact role and low effectiveness. As a result, it controls the macrostate of the system and its changes, and the spatial evolution of these backgrounds depends on their performance.
