بررسی میزان برخورداری از خدمات عمومی در نواحی شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر‌های استان مازندران)

مشکلات ناشی از توزیع نامناسب خدمات شهری، باعث شده است که توزیع خددمات شدهری یکدی از مهد تدری مادا ل پدیو روی ا لدب کشورهای توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه میباشد و با وجود نابرابری و عدم تعادل فضایی در نواحی مختلف یک شهر و عددم تعدادل در توزیدع خددمات شهری، تفاوتهای فضایی شهرها تشدید شده است؛ همچنی در کشور ایران نیز، مائله توزیع نامناسب خدمات عمومی شدهری در شدهرهای مختلدف نگرانکننده شده است. یکی از مه تری پیامدهای رشد شتابان شهرنشینی و توسعه فیزیکی شهرهای کشور در دهههای اخیدر از هد پاشدیدگی ن دام توزیع مراکز خدمات شهری بوده که زمینهساز نابرابری اجتماعی شهروندان در برخورداری از ای خدمات شده است؛ بنابرای هدف اصلی ای پژوهو در مرتبه اول: رتبه بندی شهرهای استان مازندران ازن ر برخورداری از زیرساختهای خدمات شهری است؛ در مرتبده دوم: مشدخص کدردن نحدوه توزیدع زیرساخت های خدمات شهری در سطح استان مازندران است؛ در ای پژوهو ابتدا اطالعات و آمار مورد نیاز در ارتباط با زیرساخت هدای مربدوط بده خدمات شهری در سطح شهرهای استان مورد مطالعه جمعآوری گردیده و در نرمافزار گاترده excel بانک دادهها تشکیل شد؛ سپس رتبهبندی شهرها از طریق مدل تصمی گیری چند معیاره تشابه به حل ایدآل تعیی گردید و در نرمافزار 3.arcgis10 بهصورت نقشه نشان دادهشده و ضریب اهمیت هر یک از معیارهای زیرساختی با روش فرآیند تحلیل شبکهای مشخص شده است؛ در نهایت، نحوه توزیع زیرساختهای خدمات شهری با ضریب چدولگی پیرسونی در سطح شهرها تعیی گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که شهر آمل با 0/949 درصد برخورداری جزو برخوردارتری و شهر پدلسدفید بدا 0/069 درصد جزو محرومتری شهر ازن ر زیرساختهای خدمات شهری در استان مازندران میباشند؛ همچنی نحوه توزیع زیرساخت های خدمات شدهری در سطح استان مازندران از نوع نامتقارن با چولگی مثبت است

The survey of urban public services (Case of study: Mazandaran city)

The aim of this study is the first order: Ranking citys of Mazandaran in terms of infrastructure and municipal services; The second: to determine the distribution of urban services infrastructure in Mazandaran province; In this research, statistics and information required in connection with infrastructure for urban services in the city have been collected and studied Province and Extensive application database was created in Excel; The ranking of cities was determined by TOPSIS multicriteria decision model and ArcGis 10.3 for the map shown in software and infrastructure criteria importance of each factor was determined by ANP. The finally, the distribution of city services infrastructure with Pearson coefficient of skewness of the city was determined. The results showed that the city of Amol at 0/949 percent, the most among and Pol sefid city with a 0/069 percent of the city’s most deprived city services in the province are in terms of infrastructure; The distribution of city services infrastructure in the province of asymmetric with positive skewness.
