بررسی و تحلیل روند مهاجرت و عوامل موثر بر آن در شهرستان هریس

در کشورهای در حال توسعه و از جمله ایران، مهاجرت از روستا و شهرهای کوچک به شهرهای بزرگ در زمره مهم ترین مسایل اجتماعی و اقتصادی قرار دارد. در شهرستان هریس نیز میزان این مهاجرت ها در سالیان اخیر افزایش قابل توجهی داشته است و در همین راستا تحقیق حاضر به بررسی و تحلیل وضعیت مهاجرت و عوامل موثر بر آن در شهرستان هریس پرداخته است. روش پژوهش تحلیلی توصیفی است و برای بررسی و تحلیل موضوع از اطلاعات میزان مهاجرت در سرشماری های عمومی و اطلاعات خانه های بهداشت و مراکز بهداشتی درمانی بهره گرفته شده است. هم چنین برای ارزیابی وضعیت و عوامل اصلی مهاجرت از روش‌های کمی، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شده است. نتایج ارزیابی حاکی از این است که شهرستان هریس مهاجرفرستی شدیدی را در بین شهرستان های استان داشته است. به گونه ای که خالص مهاجرتی این شهرستان در دو دهه گذشته از 6012 نفر در دوره‌ی 10 ساله 1375 تا  1385، به حدود 1236  نفر در دوره‌ی 5 ساله 1385 تا 1390 و 3589  نفر از 1390 تا 1394 رسیده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی نشان‌دهنده این است که عامل اقتصادی با مقدار ویژه 4.51 به تنهایی قادر است 28.64٪ واریانس را تبیین و بیشترین تاثیر را در مهاجرت از این شهرستان داشته است و بعد از آن به ترتیب عامل فرهنگی اجتماعی، عامل طبیعی و زیست‌محیطی و اداری و خدماتی بیشترین تاثیر را داشته است. با توجه با آمار و ارقام، میزان مهاجرت ها به مرور زمان بیشتر شده که در صورت عدم برنامه ‌ریزی مناسب باعث مشکلات زیادی در سطح شهرستان و شهرهای مقصد خواهد شد.

The Study of migration Trends and effective factors in Harris County

In developing countries like Iran, migration from village and small cities to big towns, is one of the most important social and economic problems. In Heris township measure of migrations extremely increased in last years. For this reason, this article is done for checking and analysis of situations of migration and efficient factors on this. This paper, method of research is analyticaldescriptive, and it used for checking and analysis of issue from information of measure of migration in the public census and information of health homes and center of health care. Also, it used for assessment of situation and important factor of migration from quantitative methods and exploratory factor analysis. Results of assessment show that Heris Township had the most migrate among of provincial cities. So that, migration of genuine of this city is arrived from 6012 people in period of 10 years 13751385, almost 1236 people in period of 5 years 13851390, finally 3589 people from 13901394 in past two decades. Results of factor analysis show that economic factor with special amount 4.51, can determine alone 28.64 percent of variance and had the most effect in migration from this township. So on, this factors including culturalsocial, natural, environmental, official and finally services have had the most effect. According to statistics and digits, measure of migration has increased during the time that without suitable planning will cause many problems on the township and destination cities.
