شناسایی و استخراج ترپنوییدهای گیاه بهمن (stipacapensis)

گگیاه بهمن (stipacapensis) از جمله گیاهان جنس stip است که به خانواده گندمیان تعلق دارد و تاکنون در مورد آن هیچ گونه بررسی فیتوشیمیایی صورت نگرفته است. این تحقیق با هدف جداسازی، خالص سازی و تعیین ساختمان ترکیبات موجود در عصاره ی گیاه بهمن انجام گرفته است. تست های فیتوشیمیایی، جهت شناسایی اولیه ی انواع مواد موثره‌ی گیاهی انجام شد. وجود ترپنوئیدها به وسیله‌ی تست‌های شناسایی تایید شد. پس از عصاره گیری و استخراج، عصاره ی تهیه شده به وسیله‌ی ستون کروماتوگرافی جداسازی گردید. جهت تعیین میزان رنگدانه ها از اسپکتروفتومتر استفاده گردید و عصاره های اتانولی و متانولی با یکدیگر مقایسه گردید. جهت خالص سازی اجزاء مختلف عصاره خام، پس از آزمون پایداری ترکیبات بر روی سیلیکاژل، کروماتوگرافی ستونی سیلیکاژل مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و برای شناسایی ترکیبات موجود در جزء‌ها، از روش‌های lcms و gc ms استفاده گردید. بر پایه ی بررسی‌های طیفی، چندین ترکیب ترپنوئیدی از گیاه بهمن جداسازی و شناسایی شد. این تحقیق، اولین تحقیق صورت گرفته جهت بررسی ترکیبات این گیاه بوده است. ترکیبات ترپنی یافت شده در گیاه شامل استروئید‌ها، کاردیاک گلیکوزیدها، کاروتنوئیدها و پرنیل کینون‌ها (پرنول لیپیدها) می باشند.

Identification and Extraction and of Terpenes in Stipacapensis

Stipa capensis, the Mediterranean needlegrass, is an annual grass of the genus stipa, in the Poaceae family. It is normal found in the Persian Gulf desert ad semidesert biome. This plant is indigenous to the Fars, Khuzestan, and west of Iran. In traditional medicine, stipa capensis have been used for illness related to the Nerve system problems and gastric discords. The goal of this study is to identify and characterize the phytochemical compound present in this valuable medicinal plant. This is the first report of the presence of phytochemical in stipa capensis. Stipa capensis is commonly known as Bahman in Iran. The leaves of the plant Stipa capensis was collected from MasjedeSoleiman, Khuzestan, Iran in March, 2015.Basic phytochemical screening from the aerial parts of stipa capensis revealed the presence of terpenoids and steroids. The powdered sample was extracted and was further fractionated successively with nhexane and methanol.The nonpolar fraction was subjected to column. The separated constituents were subjected to LCMS and GCMS study. The spectrum of the unknown compounds was compared with the spectrum of the component stored in the NIST (National Institute Standard and Technology) library.The results pertaining to LCMS analysis led to the identification of number of terpenes from fraction of the hexane extract of Stipa capensis.This is the first report of the screening and isolation of phytochemical in stipa capensis. This study reports the isolation and identification of terpenoid extracted from stipa capensis on fraction 1and 4 isolated that led to isolation of terpenoid compounds (carotenoids, steroids, cardiac glycosides and prenol lipids.)
