   Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Nanocrystalline NiO With AFM Microscopy

چکیده    In this research, the nanoparticles ofnio were synthesized by the hydrolysis reaction ofdifferent solutionsof nichel salts with ascorbic acid as the reductant reagent at low temperature and without present of asurfactant. the reaction conditions such as temperature, mole ratio, pll, reaction time were optimized. theparticle size of nio has been obtained about 5 fnm. we found that the concentration and mole ratio ofreducing agent, dripping speed of reductant and pll value have a great effect to obtain products. all theproducts were characterized on their structure and micro-morphology by the x-ray diffraction (xrd) andatomicforce microscopy (afm). the reaction details and features were described and discussed,
