چکیده
|
There are some commercial antidote drugs like dimercaprol, succimer, or penicilamine asparmaceutical chelators. they are bidental ligands which could give strong complexes with heavymetals as poisons. this paper introduces 2-phenylthioalcohols as theoretically new antidote drugsand describes the role of stereochemistry on their effect. the stability of mentioned ligands andtheir complexes with zn 2+ are calculated by semi-empirical ami method and compared togetherand to ordinary used antidote drugs. also complexation of some of these antidotes have beenstudied hy zn 2+
