طراحی الگوی هوشمندسازی آموزشِ عالی ایران با رویکرد فناورانۀ دانشگاه نسل پنجم

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی هوشمندسازی آموزشِ عالی ایران با رویکرد فناورانۀ دانشگاه نسل پنجم است. روش پژوهش کیفی و با رویکرد داده‌بنیاد بوده است. جامعۀ آماری آن را متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران حوزۀ آموزشِ عالی تشکیل داده‌اند. روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی هدفمند بوده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود که حجم نمونه را براساس نمونه‌گیری نظری و رسیدن به اشباع نظری تعیین کردیم. درمجموع، با 15 نفر مصاحبه کردیم. با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda2020، کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی، داده‌ها را تحلیل کردیم. براساس نتایج، این الگو دارای مولفه‌های تحول‌آفرینی (پیشرفت‌های فناوری و چالش‌های جهانی 0.5) و دانشجومحوری (تناسب دانشجو با صنعت و انتظارات دانشجویان) به‌عنوان شرایط علّی، زیرساخت‌های نهادی (نگرش و بافت فرهنگی و آمادگی نهادی) به‌عنوان شرایط زمینه‌ای، حکمرانی نظام آموزشِ عالی (سیاست‌گذاری نظام آموزشِ عالی و راهبردهای نظام آموزشِ عالی) به‌عنوان شرایط مداخله‌گر، پیاده‌سازی و استقرار (توسعۀ زیست‌بوم فناوری و نوآوری) به‌عنوان راهبرد، و مزیت‌ها (نوسازی آموزشِ عالی و جامعه‌محوری و کارآفرینی) به‌عنوان پیامدهاست. ایران با پذیرش الگوی هوشمندسازی آموزشِ عالی ایران با رویکرد فناورانۀ دانشگاه نسل پنجم فرصت دارد چشم‌انداز آموزشِ عالی خود را متحول کند.

designing a pragmatic model to intelligence the iranian higher education with fifth generation university technology

the purpose of the present research is designing a pragmatic model to intelligence the iranian higher education with fifth generation university technology. this research is based on the qualitative method and the type of foundation data and grounded theory approach. the statistical population included specialists and experts in the field of higher education. the sampling method was purposeful judgment. the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and the sample size was determined based on theoretical sampling and reaching theoretical saturation. a total of 15 people were interviewed. in order to analyze the data, open, axial and selective coding was done using maxqda2020 software. based on the obtained results, this model has the components of a transformative approach (technological advances and global challenges 5/0) and a student-oriented approach (suitability of students with the industry and expectations of students) as causal conditions, institutional infrastructures (attitude and cultural context and institutional readiness) as contextual conditions, governance of the higher education system (politicization of the higher education system and policies of the higher education system) as intervening conditions, implementation and establishment components (technological and innovation ecosystem development) as strategies components and (modernization higher education and community-oriented and entrepreneurship) as outcomes. iran has the opportunity to change the perspective of its higher education by the pragmatic model to intelligence the iranian higher education with fifth generation university technology.
