بررسی و شناسایی مهم‏ترین عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری دانشجویان دانشکدۀ مهندسی راه ‏آهن

با توجه به اهمیت بهره‏ گیری از نیروهای متخصص در صنعت ریلی، لزوم توجه به کیفیت یادگیری و عوامل موثر بر آن در تربیت کارکنان آیندۀ این صنعت انکارناشدنی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مهم‏ترین عوامل موثر بر کیفیت یادگیری و آموزش و طرح راهکارهایی به ‏منظور افزایش و بهبود آن در دانشجویان دانشکدۀ مهندسی راه آهن است. جامعۀ آماریْ دانشجویان در‏حال ‏تحصیلِ دانشکدۀ راه ‏آهن دانشگاه علم‏ و‏صنعت ایران بودند که درنهایت 132 نفر از آنان به‏ عنوان حجم نمونۀ به ‏دست ‏آمده از روش نمونه‏ گیری تصادفی ساده بررسی شدند. روایی محتواییِ پرسش‏نامه را تعدادی از استادان و متخصصان این حوزه انجام دادند. پایاییِ گویه ‏های پرسش‏نامه نیز با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکّب بررسی شد و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0.74 به دست آمد. برای بررسی درستیِ روابط درنظرگرفته‏ شده در مدل پژوهش، از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی (cfa) استفاده کردیم. مهم‏ترین نتایج نشان داد که هر پنج عامل «آشنایی و رضایت از رشته»، «یادگیری عملی»، «امکانات و فضای آموزشی»، «کیفیت آموزش» و «عادات مطالعه» در مدل مفهومی درنظر‏گرفته ‏شده دارای رابطه‏ ای معنادار با سازۀ اصلی، یعنی کیفیت یادگیری و آموزش دانشجویان، بودند. درعین حال، عامل «آشنایی و رضایت از رشته» بیشترین و، در مقابل، «عامل امکانات و فضای آموزشی» کمترین سهم را در کیفیت یادگیری و آموزش دانشجویان داشتند. در پایان، راهکار‏های افزایش کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری دانشجویان را، به ‏ویژه دانشجویان دانشکدۀ راه‏ آهن که به‏ عنوان مطالعۀ موردی در تحقیق حاضر بررسی شدند، مطرح کرده ‏ایم.

investigating and identifying the most important factors affecting the quality of teaching and learning of students of the railway engineering faculty

considering the importance of using expert forces in the railway industry, the need to pay attention to learning quality and the factors affecting it in the training of future employees of this industry is undeniable. the aim of the current research is to identify the most important factors affecting the quality of learning and teaching and provide solutions to improve it in the students of the railway engineering faculty. the statistical population was the students studying in the railway faculty of the iran university of science and technology, and finally 132 of them were examined as the sample size obtained from the simple random sampling method. the content validity of the questionnaire was done by a number of professors and experts in this field. the reliability of questionnaire items was also checked with cronbach’s alpha coefficient and composite reliability, and cronbach’s alpha coefficient was equal to 0.74. confirmatory factor analysis (cfa) was used to check the correctness of the relationships considered in the research model. the most important results showed that all five factors of familiarity and satisfaction with the field, practical learning, educational facilities and atmosphere, quality of education and study habits had a significant relationship with the main structure, i.e. the quality of learning and education of students. at the same time, the factor of familiarity and satisfaction with the field had the largest contribution and the factor of educational facilities and environment had the least contribution to the quality of students’ learning and education. at the end, solutions to increase the quality of teaching and learning of students, especially the students of the railway faculty, which were examined as a case study in this research, were presented.
