تاثیر شایستگی‌های فردی و مالی بر قصد کارآفرینی دانشجویان خارجی: نقش میانجی انگیزه حفاظتی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی تاثیر شایستگی‌های فردی و مالی بر شکل‌گیری قصد کارآفرینانه میانجی‌گری تئوری انگیزه حفاظتی انجام شد که از نظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها، از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی به صورتی مقطعی به شمار می‌رود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل 282 نفر از دانشجویان خارجی در حال تحصیل در دانشگاه تهران است که با نمونه نهایی با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در دسترس به حجم 183 نفر از آنها انتخاب شد. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد و برای تعیین روایی آن از روایی صوری، تشخیصی و همگرا به روش تعیین شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراج‌شده استفاده گردید. به جهت سنجش پایایی ابزار تحقیق از روش آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که شایستگی‌های فردی و مالی کارآفرینانه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر قصد کارآفرینانه از طریق میانجی انگیزش حفاظتی دارند ولی اثرگذاری آنها، به صورت مستقیم مورد تایید واقع نشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که ارزیابی مقابله با قصد کارآفرینانه رابطه معنادار و مستقیمی دارد. با توجه به این که قصد کارآفرینی مرتبط به شایستگی‌های مالی و فردی کارآفرینی مربوط می‌شود، ارزیابی تهدید یا آسیب‌پذیری درک‌شده در برابر خطرات و همچنین پاداش مرتبط با رفتارها، حاکی از آن است که افراد می‌توانند به طور موفقیت‌آمیزی رفتارهای حفاظتی را انجام دهند.

the influence of personal and financial competences on entrepreneurial intention: mediating role of protection motivation

the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of personal and financial competencies on the formation of entrepreneurial intention with the mediating effect of protection motivation theory (pmt). this investigation in terms of purpose is in the category of applied research and in terms of the method of data collection, it is a cross-sectional survey type. the statistical population of the research includes 282 foreign students studying in tehran university, 183 of them were selected according to cochran’s formula and with the purposeful sampling method available. in order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, and to determine its validity, face, diagnostic, and convergent validity were used to determine the extracted mean variance index. in order to determine the reliability of the research tool, cronbach’s alpha method and composite reliability were used, and the resulting values were at the appropriate level. the findings of the research indicate that entrepreneurial competence has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention through the mediation of protective motivation, but its effect was not confirmed directly. also, the results showed that threat assessment and entrepreneurial intention do not have a confirmed relationship; on the other hand, coping assessment has a significant relationship with entrepreneurial intention.
