مقایسه انگیزه و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان فنی مهندسی استعداد درخشان و از طریق آزمون دوره کارشناسی‌ ارشد دانشگاه تبریز

مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسۀ انگیزه و پیشرفت تحصیلی بین دانشجویان استعداد درخشان و از طریق آزمون، فنی و مهندسی دانشگاه تبریز صورت گرفت. در این پژوهش کاربردی و توصیفی، 58 نفر از دانشجویان فنی مهندسی با استفاده از جدول مورگان و از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه معیار انگیزۀ تحصیلی (ams) والرند و پیشرفت تحصیلی بر اساس معدل نیمسال قبل استفاده شد که ‌با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 21‌spss مورد تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفته و آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسش‌نامه 0.84 محاسبه‌ شد. به‌ ‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های t مستقل و t تک‌نمونه‌ای استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد تفاوت معنی‌داری در متغیر انگیزه و پیشرفت تحصیلی بین دانشجویان استعداد و از طریق آزمون فنی و مهندسی وجود دارد و میزان این متغیرها در دانشجویان درخشان و از طریق آزمون فنی و مهندسی بالاتر از حد متوسط است. همچنین بین متغیرهای ذکر‌شده در دانشجویان پسر استعداد درخشان و از طریق آزمون، تفاوت وجود دارد اما بین دختران این دو گروه، تفاوتی مشاهده نشد. به‌ ‌طور کلی مقایسه عملکرد دانشجویان، معیار مناسبی جهت بررسی میزان کارایی برنامه‌ها و تحقق اهداف آموزش عالی است که بر اساس آن، می‌توان برنامه‌ها را تقویت یا اصلاح کرد.

Comparison of motivation and academic achievement between Technical and Engineering Talented students and ThoseE accepted through the exam for master’s degree of Tabriz University

This study was conducted with the aim of comparing motivation and academic achievement between talented students and those accepted through the exam in technical and engineering students of Tabriz University. In this practical and descriptive study, 58 engineering students were selected, using Morgan table and random sampling. To collect the data, the Walland Standard Motivational Learning (AMS) Questionnaire and Academic Achievement Questionnaire based on the previous semester grade point average were used, which was analyzed using SPSS 21 software and was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha for the 0.84 questionnaire. Independent ttest and onesample ttest were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a significant difference in the variable of motivation and academic progress among those two mentioned groups of students, as well the rate of these variables was above average. There is another difference between the variables mentioned in the talented male students and those have been accepted by the exam. But there was no difference observed between the girls of these two groups. In general, comparing student performance is a good criterion for assessing the effectiveness of programs and the achievement of university goals, according to which, programs can be strengthened or modified.
