صلاحیت‌های اعضای هیات علمی برای آموزش تنوع زیستی و محیط زیستی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا

امروزه، موسسات آموزش عالی در سراسر جهان تغییر در ماموریت‌ها، اهداف و چشم‌اندازهای خود را برای توجه و تلفیق مسائل مربوط به حفظ تنوع زیستی در کارکردهای خود آغاز کرده‌اند. مولفه انسانی نظام آموزش عالی یکی از ارکان این نظام به‌شمار می‌رود که در پیوندی پویا و هماهنگ با دیگر مولفه‌ها نقش محوری را در پیشبرد اهداف نظام ایفا می‌کند. حال آنکه تا کنون در کشور تلاش موثری در زمینه شناسایی مولفه‌های اثرگذار در بهبود صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی صورت نگرفته است. لذا، این تحقیق به‌منظور شناسایی مولفه‌های صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی برای آموزش تنوع زیستی انجام گرفت. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی انجام شد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 24 نفر از متخصصان حوزه آموزش محیط زیست و تنوع زیستی که به روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شده بودند، جمع‌آوری شدند. تحلیل محتوای استقرایی با مشخص ساختن وجوه معنایی و سپس، برچسب زدن به آنها در قالب کدهای کیفی آغاز شد و با مقوله‌بندی کدها و ایجاد ارتباط بین مقوله‌ها ادامه یافت. این فرایند با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ‌maxqda اجرا شد. برای اعتباربخشی یافته‌های کیفی از راهبردهای بازبینی مشارکت کنندگان و بازبینی متخصصان استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی برای آموزش تنوع زیستی شامل صلاحیت‌های مهارتی، صلاحیت‌های دانشی، صلاحیت‌های ارزشی و اخلاقی است که هر کدام نشانگرهایی دارد.

Assessment of the Professional Competencies of Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources University of Tehran for Biodiversity Education with Content Analysis Approach

Today, higher education institutions around the world are beginning to change their missions, goals, and prospects to address and integrate issues related to biodiversity conservation in their functions. The human component of the agricultural higher education system is one of the pillars of this system that plays a central role in advancing the objectives of the system in a dynamic and harmonious connection with other components. However, so far no effective efforts have been made in the country to identify effective factors in improving the professional competence of faculty members. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the components of faculty members’ professional competencies for biodiversity education. This study was conducted using qualitative approach and inductive content analysis method. Required information was collected through semistructured interviews with 24 experts in the field of environmental education and biodiversity selected by snowball sampling. We began the inductive content analysis by identifying the meanings and then tagging them in the form of qualitative codes, and continued by codifying the codes and linking them to categories. This process was implemented with the help of MAXQDA software. To validate the qualitative findings, participant review and expert review strategies have been used. The findings showed that faculty members’ professional competencies for biodiversity education included skills competencies, knowledge competencies, value competencies and ethical competencies, each of which has indicators
