بررسی میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاق مهندسی برق در بین دانشجویان دانشکده برق دانشگاه تبریز

بررسی میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاقی مهندسی  در دانشجویان رشته مهندسی برق به عنوان کارکنان آینده این حرفه ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاق مهندسی برق در بین دانشجویان دانشکده برق دانشگاه تبریز و عوامل مرتبط با آن است. در این پژوهش مقطعی توصیفی تحلیلی تعداد120نفر از دانشجویان مهندسی برق با سابقه فعالیت به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده ها توسط یک پرسش نامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شد. شاخص اعتبار محتوا براساس مقیاسbausell& waltz  برای کل ابزار21/83 به دست آمد و آلفای کرونباخ پرسش نامه 0.76 محاسبه شد. پرسش نامه حاوی 40 گویه در سه بُعد فردی، فنی و حرفه ای و اجتماعی است. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss نسخه 20 تجزیه وتحلیل شد و ضمن بررسی جامع اطلاعات توصیفی شرکت کنندگان، برای اطلاعات استنباطی از آزمون های تی، فریدمن، تحلیل واریانس و آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که میزان رعایت دانشجویان دانشکده برق دانشگاه تبریز از کدهای اخلاقی مهندسی در هر سه حیطه بالاتر از میانگین جامعه بوده و  در رتبه بندی این خرده مقیاس ها به ترتیب اخلاق اجتماعی، اخلاق فردی و اخلاق فنی قرار داشتند. متغیرهای جنسیت، سابقه شغلی و میزان آشنایی با کدهای اخلاقی اختلاف معناداری با رعایت کدهای اخلاق مهندسی برق نشان نداد؛ ولی متغیر سطح تحصیل اختلاف معناداری با میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاقی نشان داد. می توان با اتخاذ تدابیری نظیر طراحی و تدوین کدهای اخلاقی مهندسی برق و گنجاندن آن در درس اخلاق حرفه ای مهندسی و آموزش آن و درونی سازی این کدهای اخلاقی، میزان رعایت این کدها را بین دانشجویان مهندسی برق افزایش داد.

Compliance of electrical engineering ethics codes among students of electrical faculty of Tabriz University

The purpose of this study was to investigate the compliance of electrical engineering ethics codes among students of electrical faculty of Tabriz University and its related factors. In this descriptiveanalytic crosssectional study, 120 students of electrical engineering with a history of activity were selected purposefully. Data were collected by a researchermade questionnaire. The content validity index was calculated based on the Bausell& Waltz scale for the total tool of 83.21 and the Cronbach’s alpha was 0.76. The questionnaire contains 40 items in three dimensions: individual, technical and professional, and social. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 20 and comprehensive descriptive information of participants was used for inferential information using T, Friedman, analysis of variance and Tukey’s post hoc test. The findings of the research show that the rate of students’ compliance with the ethical codes of engineering in all three areas was higher than the average of society and the rankings of these subscales were respectively social ethics, individual morality and technical ethics. Gender variables, job experience and level of familiarity with ethical codes did not show significant differences with respect to ethics codes of electrical engineering. But the level of education varied significantly with ethical codes. By adopting approaches such as designing and codifying the ethical code of electrical engineering and incorporating it into the professional ethics of engineering, teachig and internalization of these ethical codes, the degree of observance of these codes among the students of electrical engineering can be increased.
