بررسی و تبیین تاثیر انگیزش بر یادگیری دانشجویان (با تاکید بر نقش کیفیت منبع درسی)

فرایند یادگیری در دانشجویان تحت تاثیر عواملی مختلف فردی (اعم از شخصیت، انگیزش، توانایی و غیره) و محیطی (اعم از استاد، منبع درسی، شرایط کلاس درس و نظایر آن) قرار دارد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر کیفیت منبع درسی بر یادگیری دانشجویان با تاکید بر نقش انگیزش است که در این زمینه تحقیق مشابهی انجام نشده است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی بوده که بصورت مقطعی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی رشته مدیریت دانشگاه زنجان بودند که تعداد شش گروه درسی در طی چهار ترم تحصیلی بصورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه (162 نفر) انتخاب شده‌اند. برای جع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که چهار ویژگی تخصص‌گرایی، توان استنادی، روزآمدی، و پاکیزگی نگارشی و ادبی را می‌توان در قالب کیفیت منبع درسی در نظر گرفت. کیفیت منبع درسی تاثیر مستقیم و معنی‌داری بر انگیزش درونی دانشجویان دارد. انگیزش درونی دانشجویان تاثیر مستقیم و معنی‌داری بر انگیزش بیرونی آنها دارد. تاثیر انگیزش درونی و کیفیت منبع درسی بر یادگیری دانشجویان معنی‌دار می‌باشد ولی تاثیر انگیزش بیرونی بر یادگیری معنی‌دار نیست. هیچ یک از ویژگی‌های کتاب بطور مستقیم بر یادگیری دانشجویان تاثیر معنی‌داری ندارند. انگیزش بیرونی نقش میانجی را در رابطه بین انگیزش درونی و یادگیری ایفا می‌کند.

Investigation and explanation of the effect of motivation on student learning (with the emphasis on the features of university textbooks

Learning is one of the most important concepts that has a high priority for universities and scientific centers. The learning process of student has been affected by many variable such as individual factors such as (personality, motivation, abilities, etc.) and environmental factors such as (instructor, references, classroom conditions, etc.). The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of university textbook features on student learning with the emphasis on the role of motivation. The research is descriptive and was conducted during four semester among six educational group. The total number of 192 students from University of Zanjan (in the field of management in undergraduate level) were selected as statistical population and 162 person (by using purpose sampling) was participated in the research. Three questionnaires were used for data collection that their validity and reliability were approved. The findings show that characteristics of university textbook have significant and direct effect on student’s intrinsic motivation. Student`s intrinsic motivation has a significant and direct effect on extrinsic motivation. The effect of both intrinsic motivation and textbook characteristics on the student`s learning was significant, but the effect of extrinsic motivation on learning was not significant. The extrinsic motivation mediates the relationship between intrinsic motivation and learning.
