تعیین چالش‬ها و عوامل تسهیل‬گر پیشگیری از ویروس کرونا از نظرخبرگان و کارشناسان بهداشت محیط در مراکز تهیه و توزیع مواد غذایی: مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: شیوع گسترده بیماری کووید-19 سراسر جهان را درگیر نموده و آمار مرگ و میر بالایی داشته است. مطالعه حاضر، به بررسی چالشها و عوامل تسهیلگر پیشگیری از ویروس کرونا از نظر خبرگان و کارشناسان بهداشت محیط در  مراکز تهیه و توزیع مواد غذایی پرداخته است. روش کار: پژوهش از نظر فرایندکیفی، از نظر هدف اکتشافی است. جمع آوری داده ها مبتنی بر هدف با 22 نمونه اشباع شد. گرد آوری داده ها با مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته از اهل فن بهداشت محیط انجام گرفت. کدگذاری به وسیله نرمافزارmaxqda10  و متن مصاحبه مجدد در اختیار متخصصان امر قرار گرفت و بازبینی و تحلیل محتوا شد. یافته ها: با تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها 331 کد، 6 مقوله در بخش چالش ها و 4 مقوله در بخش تسهیلگرها استخراج شد. چالش ها شامل مولفه های اقتصادی، فرهنگی، فقر آموزشی، نیروی انسانی، قوانین  و مقررات و تجهیزات و امکانات و 28 زیر تم استخراج شد. در بخش تسهیلگر 4 تم رفع موانع اقتصادی، آموزش مکرر، تامین منابع مورد نیاز و قوانین و مقررات بازدارنده و 21 زیر تم استخراج گردید. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به چالش های موجود و گستردگی کووید-19، تقویت تسهیلگرها شامل آموزش مداوم و ایجاد آگاهی مشارکتی، تشدید نظارتها، توانمندسازی سفیران سلامت، حمایت قانونی محکم در برخورد با متخلفین، واکسیناسیون گروه هدف بالای 12 سال و ترویج خرید و تجارت مجازی میتواند به صورت چشمگیرکمک شایانی نماید و مورد استفاده برنامه ریزان و متولیان حوزه سلامت قرار گیرد. 

investigating the challenges and facilitators of corona virus prevention by environmental health experts and experts in food preparation and distribution centers: qualitative study

background & objecives: the prevalence of covid-19 disease has spread worldwide and has a high mortality rate.the present study examines the challenges and facilitators of coronavirus prevention from the perspective of environmental health experts and experts in food preparation and distribution centers in 1400. the global spread of covid-19 with its high mortality rate necessitates an examination of the challenges and facilitators in coronavirus prevention. this study explores insights from environmental health experts and professionals in food preparation and distribution centers in 1400.methods: the current study was a descriptive-analytical qualitative study. target-based data collection was saturated with 22 samples. the data collection method was a semi-structured interview with environmental health experts and technicians, using open-ended questions to achieve data saturation. the data were provided to professors and specialists through coding and re-interviewing text, then reviewed and analyzed through content analysis.results: of the present study in the challenges section included economic problems, educational poverty, manpower, judiciary, and lack of resources. in the facilitators section, there were 4 main components and 45 sub-components those studies showed, with removing economic barriers, repeated training, providing necessary resources to enforce the law, and dealing with offenders being identified as effective facilitators in preventing the coronavirus.conclusion: given the current challenges of covid-19, enhancing facilitators such as ongoing education and raising community awareness, increasing surveillance, empowering health ambassadors, providing robust legal backing for enforcement, vaccinating individuals aged 12 and older, and promoting online shopping and commerce could significantly aid policymakers, health professionals, and decision-makers in the field.
