تاثیر بسته خدمتی جدید مراقبت‫های ادغام یافته کودک سالم بر شاخص‫ های سلامت کودکان شهرستان تویسرکان

زمینه و هدف: موضوع سلامت کودک در سراسر جهان جزء اولویت های مهم سیاستگذاران بهداشت کشورها محسوب می شود، لذا به‫منظور انعکاس نتایج حاصل از اجرای یک برنامه جامع بر سلامت کودکان مطالعه حاضر با هدف تاثیر بسته خدمتی جدید مراقبت‫های ادغام یافته کودک سالم بر شاخص‫های سلامت کودکان انجام گرفت. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بودکه بصورت مقطعی و تمام شماری در جمعیت کودکان زیر 5 سال (طی سال‫های 1398 تا 1400) در سال 1401 انجام گرفت. ابزارهای گردآوری داده ها شامل چک لیست‫های جمع آوری اطلاعات بر اساس اهداف پژوهش بود. داده ها بصورت درصد و میزان محاسبه و با آزمون ویلکاکسون و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss-26 در سطح خطای کمتر از 0.05 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: بین اجرای برنامه کودک سالم و میزان مرگ و میر کودکان زیر یکسال (0.025=p)، مرگ و میر زیر 5 سال (0.002=p) مرگ و میر 59-1 ماهه (0.008=p)، غربالگری تکاملی کودکان (0.001=p) پوشش واکسیناسیون (0.001=p) و پوشش مراقبتی کودکان (0.005=p) رابطه معنی داری بدست آمد ولی با میزان مرگ و میر نوزادان (0.317=p) و ویزیت کودک توسط پزشک (0.083=p) رابطه معنی داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: اجرای بسته جدیدکودک سالم بر کاهش شاخص های مرگ و میر و افزایش شاخص‫های مراقبتی و غربالگری‫های رشدی و تکاملی کودکان تاثیرگذار می‫باشد، شاخص‫های سلامت کودکان یکی از مهمترین معیارها در ارزیابی سلامت جامعه است، بنابراین اجرای بسته جدید کودک سالم به صورت کیفی و کمی و مداخلات مربوط که به‫منظور ارتقای سطح سلامت کودک انجام می‫گیرد ضروری است تا به کمک آن به شاخص‫های بالاتری پیرامون سلامت کودکان دست یافت.  

the effect of the new service package of integrated healthy child care on the health indicators of children in tuiserkan city

background & objectives: the issue of child health is considered one of the essential priorities of the health policy makers of countries around the world. therefore, to reflect the results of implementing a comprehensive program on children’s health, the present study assessed the effect of a new integrated care package for healthy children on children’s health indicators. methods: this descriptive and analytical study was conducted cross-sectionally and comprehensively in the population of children under five years of age (during 1398-1400) in 1401. data collection tools included information collection checklists based on research objectives. the data were calculated as percentages and amounts and analyzed with the wilcoxon test and spss-26 software at an error level of less than 0.05.results:between the implementation of the healthy child program and the mortality rate of children under one-year-old (p=0.025), under five years mortality rate (p=0.002), 1-59 months mortality rate (p=0.008 p-value), developmental screening of children (p= 0.001), vaccination coverage (p=0.001) and child care coverage (p=0.005) a significant relationship was obtained, but with the infant mortality rate (p=0.317) and child’s visit by a doctor (p=0.083) no significant association was observed.conclusion: implementing the new healthy child package reduces mortality indicators and increases care indicators and developmental screenings of children. since health indicators are one of the most important criteria in evaluating the health of society, implementing the new child package is necessary to be healthy qualitatively and quantitatively.
