خشونت خانگی علیه کودکان و زنان طی همه گیری کرونا ویروس 2019 (کووید-19): یک مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک

زمینه و هدف: طی همه گیری کووید-19 به دلیل ناتوانی بسیاری از زوجین برای مدیریت وظایف افراد در خانه، تربیت فرزندان و عدم تفاهم و تعارضات زناشویی زیادی ایجاد شد که در بعضی از موارد به طلاق ختم گردید. در این راستا، پژوهش مروری حاضر با هدف بررسی خشونت خانگی علیه کودکان و زنان طی همه گیری کووید-19 انجام شد.روش کار: در پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از جست وجوی کلیدواژه های تخصصی کودک، نوجوان، کرونا ویروس 2019، خشونت خانگی، اضطراب، استرس، افسردگی، و همه گیری در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی انگلیسی نظیر  google scholar، pubmed، wiley, proquest embase, psycinfo, scopus, sciencedirect در بازه زمانی 2020 (از ماه فوریه) تا 2022 (تا ماه سپتامبر) مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه از راهنمای گزارش دهی مطالعات مرور سیستماتیک پریزما prisma استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش های انجام شده حاکی از افزایش خشونت روانی، جسمی و جنسی علیه کودکان و زنان داشت. همچنین میزان درآمد، وضعیت اشتغال، سن، تعطیلی مدارس، مصرف دخانیات و قرنطینه خانگی باعث افزایش خشونت کلامی، جنسی و جسمی طی همه گیری کرونا ویروس 2019 علیه کودکان و زنان شد.نتیجه گیری: خشونت علیه کودکان و زنان می تواند پیامدهای روانی و اجتماعی گسترده ای را به همراه داشته باشد. از آنجایی که ممکن است بسیاری از این خشونت ها به صورت پنهان انجام شود، لازم است سازمان بهزیستی و سازمان روانشناسی کشور تدابیری در جهت حمایت و آگاه سازی ازخشونت خانگی اتخاذ نمایند. 

domestic violence against children and women during the coronavirus 2019 pandemic (covid-19): a systematic review study

background & objectives: the covid-19 pandemic has created many challenges for couples, including managing household duties, child-rearing, and communication difficulties. unfortunately, these challenges have led to marital conflicts and, in some cases, divorce. this study was conducted to examine the prevalence of domestic violence against women and children during the pandemic.methods: for this research, various english databases, including google scholar, pubmed, wiley, proquest embase, psycinfo, scopus, and sciencedirect, were searched from february 2020 to september 2022, using keywords like children, adolescents, coronavirus 2019, depression, stress anxiety, domestic violence, and pandemic. in this study, the prisma systematic review study reporting guide was used.results: research findings suggest that the covid-19 pandemic has led to a surge in mental, physical, and sexual violence against children and women. factors such as income level, employment status, age, school closures, smoking, and home quarantine have been associated with increased verbal, sexual, and physical violence against these vulnerable groups.conclusion: violence against women and children can cause severe psychological and social consequences. as much of this violence may occur in secrecy, the country’s welfare and psychological organizations must take action and promote awareness of domestic violence.
