شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های موثر در گردشگری پزشکی سلامت با استفاده از روش swara

زمینه و هدف: گردشگری پزشکی سلامت از حوزه‌هایی است که می‌تواند نقشی اساسی در توسعه گردشگری ایفا کند. ارتقاء این صنعت علاوه بر تاثیر و نقش آن در ابراز هویت ملی، باعث کاهش فقر، درآمدزایی، فرصت‌های شغلی، رفاه و عدالت اجتماعی در جامعه می‌شود و در مجموع به توسعه پایدار و استانداردهای زندگی کمک می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر گردشگری پزشکی با محوریت استان اردبیل انجام شده است.روش کار: روش پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی و برحسب نوع داده‌ها آمیخته (کیفی- کمّی) با رویکرد اکتشافی است؛ بدین ترتیب که با استفاده از روش فراترکیب تعداد 43 مقاله در حوزه گردشگری پزشکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مولفه‌های شناسایی‌شده با نظر خبرگان و روش دلفی فازی سنجیده شده و با روش  swaraاولویت‌بندی گردیدند. به ‌منظور تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از نرم‌افزار maxqda-10 و نرم‌افزار smart pls استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد شاخص‌های رشد اقتصادی، اکوسیستم کارآفرینی، کیفیت قوانین، شبکه‌های اجتماعی، چالش‌ها، تنوع جاذبه‌ها و فرصت‌های فراغتی، نیروی متخصص، توسعه سیاست‌های گردشگری، احترام به عقاید، درآمد پایدار، خدمات اسلامی پزشکی، اثربخشی و کارایی، مشارکت، زبان مشترک، زیرساخت‌های پزشکی، هزینه‌ها، ظرفیت‌های طبیعی و تعرفه خدمات پزشکی مهمترین مولفه‌های گردشگری پزشکی با محوریت استان اردبیل می‌باشند.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شاخص تعرفه خدمت پزشکی با وزن نهایی (0/131) مهمترین مولفه گردشگری پزشکی سلامت می باشد. 

identifying and prioritizing effective indicators in health medical tourism using the swara method

background & objectives: medical health tourism is an important factor in promoting tourism. this industry not only showcases national identity but also helps to alleviate poverty, generate income, create job opportunities, improve welfare and social justice in society, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the economy and overall living standards. this study aimed to identify and prioritize the factors that impact medical tourism, with a focus on ardabil province.methods: a mixed research methodology with an exploratory approach was utilized to examine 43 articles related to medical tourism using the meta-composite method. the components were measured using expert opinion and the fuzzy delphi method, then prioritized with the swara method. to conduct data analysis, maxqda version 10 and smart pls software were utilized.results: according to the research, the most significant factors that contribute to medical tourism in ardabil province are economic growth indicators, the entrepreneurial ecosystem, quality of laws, social networks, challenges, variety of attractions and leisure opportunities, expert staff, development of tourism policies, respect for beliefs, sustainable income, islamic medical services, effectiveness and efficiency, participation, language in common, medical infrastructure, costs, natural capacities, and medical service tariffs.conclusion: according to the research findings, the medical service tariff index, which had a final weight of 0.131, was deemed the most crucial component in health medical tourism.
