بررسی و تحلیل سطح دسترسی محلات شهر اردبیل به خدمات شهری (مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی)

زمینه و هدف: مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی از جمله مراکز حیاتی و مهم خدماتی هستند که دسترسی مناسب و به‌موقع به آنها از اهداف اساسی توسعه و عدالت اجتماعی به‌حساب می‏آید. سلامت هر فرد و جامعه در گرو مراکزی است که سلامت وی را تامین می‌کند، مراکز خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی از جمله مراکزی هستند که به طور مستقیم در تامین سلامت فرد و جامعه دخیل هستند؛ لذا دسترسی سریع، به‌موقع و ارزان به این مراکز در هر جامعه، به‌خصوص در جوامع شهری خیلی مهم و ضروری است. از همین رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تحلیل میزان دسترسی محلات شهر اردبیل به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی بود. روش کار: این مقاله با استفاده از مدل‌های آمار فضایی، در نرم‌افزار arc/gis به نحوه توزیع فضایی کاربری‌های بهداشتی- درمانی در سطح شهر اردبیل پرداخت. داده‌های موردنیاز نیز به روش کتابخانه‌ای و با مراجعه به منابع و سازمان‌های مربوطه گردآوری‌شدند. جهت همبستگی بین جمعیت و کاربری بهداشتی- درمانی و همچنین کاربری بهداشتی- درمانی با سایر کاربری‌ها از نرم‌افزار idrisi selva استفاده‌ شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که ناحیه 2 از منطقه 2 و ناحیه 5 از منطقه 4 در وضعیت بهتری به لحاظ دسترسی به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی قرار دارند و بقیه مناطق به لحاظ دسترسی در وضعیت مطلوبی به سر نمی‌برند. همچنین میزان همبستگی بین جمعیت و کاربری درمانی در سطح کل شهر و در سطح منطقه 4 منفی بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در زمینه سازگاری بین کاربری بهداشتی- درمانی با سایر کاربری‌ها میزان همبستگی بین کاربری بهداشتی- درمانی و کاربری‌های آموزشی، فرهنگی، فضای سبز، تجاری، تجاری خدماتی و ورزشی همبستگی مثبت و با کاربری‌های مسکونی، اداری انتظامی، کارگاهی صنعتی همبستگی منفی وجود داشت. در نهایت با توجه به خروجی حاصل از یافته‌های پژوهش، پیشنهاداتی ارائه شد. 

survey and analysis of ardabil city suburbs access to the health care delivery services (health centers)

background & objectives: health care centers are among the most important and essential centers that proper and timely access to them is one of the basic goals of social justice. the health of the individual and the community depends on the centers that provide primary health care. rapid, timely, and inexpensive access to these centers is very important and necessary, in any community, especially in urban areas. therefore, this study aimed to investigate and analyze the access of ardabil suburbs to health care delivery centers.methods: this study, using spatial statistics models, in arc / gis software, has dealt with the spatial distribution of healthcare applications in ardabil. the required data has been collected in a library-based manner by referring to relevant sources and organizations. idrisi selva software has been used for correlation between population and health use as well as health use with other uses.results: the results show that area 2 of area 2 and area 5 of area 4 are in better condition in terms of access to health centers on the other hand the rest of the areas are in poor condition. also, the correlation between population and medical use was negative in the whole city and area four.conclusion: in the field of compatibility between health and other uses, there is a positive correlation between health use and educational, cultural, green space, commercial, service and, sports applications. in contrast, there is a negative correlations with residential, law enforcement, industrial workshop.
