بررسی اثر مداخله آموزشی استفاده از وسایل حفاظت شنوایی مبتنی بر مدل بزنف در شاغلین کارگاه‌های کوچک شهر همدان

زمینه و هدف: باتوجه به فراوانی کارگاه‌های کوچک در کشور و نیروی عظیم کار شاغل در این کارگاه‌ها و وجود صدا به‫عنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل زیان آور این محیط‌ها و اهمیت سلامت کارگران، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثر مداخله آموزشی استفاده از وسایل حفاظت شنوایی مبتنی بر مدل بزنف در شاغلین کارگاه‌های کوچک شهر همدان انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه مورد شاهدی در دو گروه 45 نفره انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه مدل بزنف بصورت قبل و سه ماه بعد از مداخله آموزشی جمع آوری گردید. مداخله آموزشی به صورت 3 جلسه آموزشی (تئوری- عملی) برای گروه آزمون انجام شد و گروه شاهد هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss-17 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادند که میانگین نمره حیطه های مدل بزنف بعد از مداخله آموزشی نسبت به قبل از آن افزایش معنی‌داری داشته است. بر اساس یافته‌ها، در میان حیطه‌ها نیز بیشترین نمره مربوط به قصد رفتاری و کمترین نمره با عملکرد مرتبط بود.نتیجه گیری: مداخله آموزشی بزنف نقش بسزایی در افزایش آگاهی و نگرش افراد و نیز رفتار و عملکرد آنان در ارتباط با استفاده از گوشی‫های حفاظتی داشت که این امر می تواند افزایش مدت زمان استفاده از گوشی و کاهش تغییر آستانه شنوایی افراد تحت مواجهه با صدای بیش از حد مجاز را به همراه داشته باشد.

investigating the effect of training intervention of hearing protection devices use based on basnef model on the workers of hamadan small workshops

background& objectives: due to the high number of small workshops in the country, the numerous workforce of them from one hand, the existing noise as one of the harmful factors in the working environment and the importance of workers’ health from the other hand, this study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effect of training intervention of hearing protection devices use based on basnef model on the workers of hamadan small workshops.method: this study was performed in two groups of 45 workers. data were collected through basnef questionnaire before and after 3 months of training intervention. experimental group received three sessions of training intervention (theoretical and practical), while the control group received no trainings. the data were analyzed by spss software version 17.results: the results showed that the mean score of all basnef model’s areas were increased significantly after training intervention relative to the former. in addition, the findings indicated that among all areas of basnef model, the highest score was related to behavioral intention, whereas the lowest was related to the performance.conclusion: the basnef training intervention had an important role in increasing the awareness and attitude of people and also their behavior and performance in relation to the usage of hearing protection devices. this lead to the increased duration of earmuff’s usage and decreased hearing threshold variation of workers who were exposed to excessive noise.
