بررسی نقش عوامل خطر بر شیوع و پیامد اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی در آرایشگران زن شهر قزوین: با رویکرد مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به شیوع بالای اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی به خصوص در نواحی گردن، کمر و شانه در آرایشگران و تاثیر عوامل فردی و شغلی بر آن، هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی نقش عوامل خطر مختلف فردی و شغلی بر شیوع و پیامد اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی آرایشگران زن شهر قزوین با رویکرد مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بود.روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 153 نفر از آرایشگران زن قزوین به صورت سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی از پرسشنامه نوردیک و جهت تعیین نقش موثر عوامل خطر بر شیوع و پیامد اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار لیزرل نسخه 8/8 استفاده گردید. یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج مدل سازی، سن، شاخص توده بدنی، وزن و سابقه کار رابطه مستقیم و مثبت و توانایی انجام کار رابطه منفی با ناراحتی اسکلتی عضلانی و پیامدهای آن نشان داد. همچنین بر اساس مدل، متغیرهای دموگرافیک و شغلی می تواند به میزان 82 درصد اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی، غیبت از کار و مراجعه به پزشک را در بین آرایشگران زن پیش بینی نماید.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به این که بیش از نیمی از آرایشگران از ناراحتی گردن و کمر و تقریباً یک سوم آن ها از ناراحتی شانه رنج می برند، اصلاح ایستگاه کاری آن ها ضروری به نظر می رسد. همچنین با در نظر گرفتن افراد جوان برای این شغل، کاهش سن بازنشستگی، حفظ وزن نرمال و افزایش و حفظ توانایی انجام کار، می توان به میزان 82 درصد از میزان فشار وارده به اندام ها و در نتیجه شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی، مراجعه به پزشک و غیبت از کار در بین آرایشگران زن کاست.

Evaluating the Role of Risk Factors on the Prevalence and Consequence of Musculoskeletal Disorders in Female Hairdressers in Qazvin: a Structural Equation Modeling Approach

Background objectives: Musculoskeletal disorders are one of the common causes of occupational injury and disability among various occupations. Hairdresser in their careers faces many harmful factors, including musculoskeletal disorders, especially in the neck, waist and shoulder areas. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of individual and occupational risk factors on the prevalence and consequence of musculoskeletal disorders in female hairdressers in Qazvin with a structural equation modeling approach.Methods: In this crosssectional study, 153 participants were recruited from Qazvin female hairdressers. The structural equation modeling in LISREL software (version 8.8) was used to determine the effect of risk factors on the prevalence and consequence of musculoskeletal disorders,Results: Based on modeling results, age, body mass index, weight and work experience showed a positive relationship. On the other hand, work ability index showed negative relationship with musculoskeletal pain and its consequences. Demographic and occupational variables are main predictor of (82%) of musculoskeletal disorders, absence from work and visiting a doctor among female hairdressers.Conclusion: Considering that more than half of the hairdressers are suffering from neck and waist discomfort and about onethird of them suffering from shoulder discomfort, so modifying their work situation are necessary. 82% of the pressure on the limbs can be reduced by reducing the retirement age, maintaining proper weight, and increasing the ability to do work. The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders, visits to the doctor, and the absence from work can be reduced.
