رابطه تعهد حرفه‌ای و ماکیاولیسم در میان دانشجویان رشته حسابداری دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران و کرج

این مقاله اثرماکیاولیسم بر میزان تعهد حرفه ای دانشجویان رشته حسابداری دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران و کرج در دو مقطع تحصیلی کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 152 دانشجو می باشد .داده های آماری از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه  و آزمون فرضیه ها نیز بر اساس آزمون همبستگی با استفاده از رگرسیون چند متغیره و بررسی احتمال رخداد برخی از فرضیه ها از رگرسیون لاجستیک استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد شاخصه ماکیاولیسم با سطح تعهد حرفه ای رابطه ای  معکوس دارد،همچنین نتایج تحقیق نشان داد دانشجویان زن در مقایسه با دانشجویان مرد متعهدتر هستند و دانشجویان متاهل  نیز از سطح تعهد حرفه ای بالاتری  نسبت به دانشجویان مجرد برخوردارند از سوی  دیگر این پژوهش وجود رابطه معنا دار میان سن و سطح تحصیلات دانشجویان با میزان تعهد حرفه ای در آنان را رد کرد.

The Relation between Professional Commitment and Machiavellian-ism among accounting students of Azad Universities in Tehran and Karaj City

This paper considers the effect of machiavellisem on professional commitment among accounting student studying in Islamic Aazad university units in Tehran and Karaj at B.A and M.A levels. The statistical data are gathered from 152 questionnaires. The tests of Hypothesis are modeled by multi variable regression, logistic regression and correlation coefficient. The results show that machiavellisem index has a reverse relation with the level of professional commitment. It is also shown that the female students are more committed in comparison with the male students and the married students have a higher professional commitment in comparison with the singles. The research finally rejects the existence of meaningful relations between age and their professional commitment and education level versus professional commitment as well.
