طرح و بررسی مدلی برای فروش دارایی غیر جاری با هدف مدیریت سود واقعی

هدف از تحقیق طرح و بررسی مدلی بر ای فروش دارایی غیر جاری با هدف مدیریت سود واقعی است.در این پژوهش به زمانبندی شناخت درآمد فروش دارایی ثابت مشهود در راستای مدیریت سود و ارائه مدلی جهت اندازه گیری آن در محیط ایران پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر رویکرد استقرایی داشته و از لحاظ هدف اجرا در گروه پژوهش های تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی جای می گیرد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی یک دوره زمانی 9 ساله از سال 1389 الی 1397 بوده که با استفاده از روش حذف سیستماتیک به 138 نمونه و 1242مشاهده (شرکت-سال) منتهی شده است.در مرحله اجرای آزمونها, ابتدا قدرت تبیین مدل گانی 2010 و مدل پیشنهادی برآورد و مورد آزمون قرار گرفته که مدل پیشنهادی در این زمینه نیکویی برازش بهتری از خود نشان داده است.نتایج آزمون مدلهای مدیریت سود در مرحله دوم, گویای قدرت تبیین معقول هر دو مدل بوده و رابطه ضعیفی با برخی متغیر ها نشان می دهد.

designing and examining a model for the sale of non-current assets with the aim of real earnings management

selling fixed assets when current operating income is facing a decrease is one of the most important methods of real profit management among companies.in this research, the timing of the recognition of tangible fixed asset sales income in line with profit management and providing a model to measure it in the iranian environment has been discussed.the current research has an inductive approach and in terms of the purpose of implementation, it is placed in the group of correlational analytical researches.the statistical population of the current research is the companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange during a 10-year period from 1388 to 1397, which resulted in 124 samples and 1240 observations (company-years) using the systematic elimination method.in the test implementation phase, the explanatory power of the ghani 2010 model and the proposed model have been estimated and tested, and the proposed model has shown a better fit in this field.the results of the profit management models test in the second stage show the reasonable explanatory power of both models and show a weak relationship with some variables.
