تاثیر مهارت و تجربیات مدیران با تاکید بر معیارهای مبتنی بر خلق ارزش جهت سرمایه گذاران

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر مهارت و تجربیات مدیران با تاکید برمعیارهای مبتنی بر خلق ارزش جهت سرمایه گذاران در شرکت های پذیرفته شده دربورس اوراق بهادر تهران است.دراین تحقیق برای سنجش مهارت ها و تجربیات مدیران از معیارهای تحصیلات، سوادمالی، دوگانگی، دوره تصدی و حقوق مدیران استفاده شد.تحقیق ازلحاظ طبقه بندی برمبنای هدف ازنوع کاربردی است و روش تحقیق از نوع کمی می باشد.به منظور بررسی فرضیات تحقیق ازصورت های مالی حسابرسی شده شرکت ها و گزارش تغییرات148شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران درطی دوره زمانی1391تا1398استفاده شد و داده های موردنیاز استخراج شد و با بهره گیری از روش تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره و استفاده از آزمون f لیمر،هاسمن،بروش گادفری و بروش پاگن به کمک نرم افزار r مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون فرضیه ها نشان داد که بین مهارت و تجربیات مدیران که بااستفاده از معیارهای تحصیلات،سوادمالی، دوگانگی، دوره تصدی و حقوق مدیران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت با عملکرد مالی شرکت ها که با استفاده از معیارهای مبتنی بر خلق ارزش بررسی شد رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. در نتیجه با وجود تاثیر معناداری مهارت ها و تجربیات مدیران بر عملکرد شرکت ها، لزوم توجه به مهارت ها و تجربیات مدیران از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار می باشد. یافته های این تحقیق نشان می دهد که مهارت ها و تجربیات مدیریتی می تواند ناکارآمدی ها را بهبود بخشد و از طریق دستیابی به منابع بیشتر، سرمایه گذاری در سطوح بالاتر را ارتقا دهد و در نتیجه بر ارزش شرکت بیافزاید و برای سرمایه گذاران نیز خلق ارزش نماید.

the effect of managers’ skills and experiences with emphasis on criteria based on value creation for investors

the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of managers’ skills and experiences with emphasis on value based criteria for investors in companies listed on the tehran stock exchange.in this study, the criteria of education, literacy, duality, tenure and managers’ salaries were used to assess the skills and experiences of managers.in terms of classification, research based on purpose is of applied type and research method is quantitative.in order to test the research hypotheses, the audited financial statements of companies and reporting the changes of 148 companies listed on the tehran stock exchange during the period 2013 to 2020 were used and the required data were extracted and using the analysis method. multivariate regression and f leimer, hausmann, bruch godfrey and bruch pagen tests were evaluated using r software.the results of testing the hypotheses showed that there is a positive relationship between managers ’skills and experiences that were evaluated using education, literacy, duality, tenure and managers’ criteria with corporate financial performance which was evaluated using value creation criteria. and there is meaning.as a result, despite the significant impact of managers’ skills and experiences on companies’ performance, the need to pay attention to managers’ skills and experiences is of great importance.the findings of this study show that managerial skills and experiences can improve inefficiencies and, by gaining more resources, promote investment at higher levels, thus increasing the value of the company and the capital. investors also create value.
