تاثیر مکانیسم ارتباطی راهبری فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سیستم اطلاعاتی حسابداری در جهت دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی

سیستم اطلاعات حسابداری، یک دارایی تکنولوژی محور و حیاتی برای همه سازمان ها است. اطلاعاتی که توسط این سیستم ها تولید و منتشر می شوند، برای تصمیم گیری های استراتژیک موثر و رسیدن به منافع سازمانی جاری، ضروری هستند.کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری که در این تصمیم گیری ها به کار گرفته می شود، به قابلیت های عملکرد این سیستم ها بستگی دارد. تحقیقات پیشین تعداد زیادی از مزایای سازمانی مستقیم که می توان از طریق راهبری موثر فناوری اطلاعات به دست آورد را مشخص نموده اند. این مزایا شامل بهبود در عملکرد سیستم های اطلاعات سازمانی از جمله سیستم اطلاعات حسابداری می شود. این تحقیق توانایی رهبری مدیر ارشد فناوری اطلاعات را به عنوان یک مکانیسم ارتباطی راهبری فناوری اطلاعات برای کمک به ایجاد مزیت رقابتی از طریق بهبود عملکرد سیستم اطلاعاتی حسابداری سازمان ها مورد مطالعه قرار می دهد. داده ها با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه در بین فعالان شاغل در حوزه حسابداری از بین شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران جمع آوری شده و با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. نتایج نشان می دهد که تحت هدایت و کنترل موثر راهبری فناوری اطلاعات و با بهره گیری از این مکانیسم خاص، توانایی های مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات قادر به بهتر نمودن عملکرد سیستم اطلاعاتی حسابداری و در نتیجه دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی هستند.

the impact of relational mechanisms of it governance on accounting information system performance in achieving competitive advantage

the accounting information system is a technology-driven, vital asset for all organizations. the information produced and published by these systems is essential for effective strategic decision making and the achievement of current organizational interests.the quality of the accounting information used in these decisions depends on the performance of these systems. previous researches has identified many of the direct organizational benefits that can be gained through effective it governance. these benefits are the improvements in the performance of enterprise information systems, including the accounting information system.this study examines the ability of leading a cio as a relational mechanism of it governance to help create a competitive advantage by improving the performance of the organization’s accounting information system. the data were collected by a questionnaire among accounting activists from the companies listed in the tehran stock exchange and analyzed using the pls method.the results indicate that under the guidance and effective control of information technology management, using this particular mechanism, the capabilities of it management can improve the performance of the information accounting system and gain competitive advantage.
