بررسی رابطه بین ریسک ویژه و سرمایه گذاری شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

سرمایه گذاری یکی از بحث های مهم در بازار سرمایه است؛ به طوری که مدیریت مناسب با می تواند بر ارزش شرکت تاثیر گذار باشد و می تواند با افزایش جریانات نقدی آتی، بقای شرکت ها را تضمین نمایند. از سوی دیگر، سرمایه گذاری شرکت ها تحت تاثیر عوامل مختلفی از جمله ریسک های شرکت قرار دارد که می تواند برای مدیران دارای فرصت ها و تهدیدات مختلفی باشد. از این رو، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین ریسک ویژه و سرمایه گذاری شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می باشد. برای این منظور و طی دوره هشت ساله بین سال های 1390 الی 1397 به بررسی 143 شرکت و در مجموع 1144 سال‌شرکت پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها در گروه پژوهش های توصیفی‌پس رویدادی قرار دارد که با استفاده از داده های ترکیبی و نرم افزار eveiws8 به بررسی مدل های رگرسیونی پرداخته شده است. یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد که در مجموع رابطه مثبت (منفی) و معناداری بین ریسک ویژه و سرمایه گذاری داخلی (خارجی) شرکت ها در دوره بررسی وجود دارد.

investigating the relationship between special risk and investment of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange

investment is one of the most important issues in the capital market; so that proper management can affect the value of the company and can ensure the survival of companies by increasing future cash flows. on the other hand, corporate investment is affected by various factors, including corporate risks, which can have different opportunities and threats for managers. therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between special risk and investment of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange. for this purpose, during the eight‌year period between 2011 and 2018, 143 companies and a total of 1144 year‌companies have been studied. the present study is in the group of descriptive‌post‌event research in terms of applied purpose and data collection method, which has been investigated using composite data and eveiws8 software regression models. findings of the present study show that in general there is a positive (negative) and significant relationship between special risk and domestic (foreign) investment of companies in the study period.
