تاثیر ماکیاولیسم و هوش هیجانی بر جهت گیری اخلاقی دانشجویان حسابداری دوره تحصیلات تکمیلی : آزمون نظریه ذهن

دارا بودن هوش هیجانی یکی از ویژگی های مورد نیاز و دارای اهمیت برای دانشجویان حسابداری است. این ویژگی، به همراه ویژگی شخصیتی ماکیاولیسم ، جهت گیری اخلاقی آن ها را شکل می دهد. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای نظریه ذهن، تاثیر متغیرهای روانشناختی ماکیاولیسم و هوش هیجانی بر جهت گیری اخلاقی را در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی حسابداری مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. برای این منظور، نمونه ای از دانشجویان مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری حسابداری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انتخاب شدند. مبانی نظری پژوهش و داده های پژوهش به ترتیب از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای و پرسش نامه جمع آوری شده است. آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش نیز بر اساس معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد هوش هیجانی بر ایده آل گرایی تاثیر معنی داری ندارد. اما هوش هیجانی بر نسبی گرایی تاثیر معنی دار و مثبت دارد. هم چنین یافته های این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که ماکیاولیسم بر ایده آل گرایی تاثیر معنی دار و منفی و بر نسبی گرایی تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار دارد. شواهد این پژوهش بر این موضوع تاکید دارند که جهت گیری اخلاقی دانشجویان حسابداری، متاثر از ویژگی های روانشناختی آن ها است.

the effect of machiavellianism and emotional intelligence on the ethical orientation of graduate accounting students : a test of mind theory

having emotional intelligence is one of the essential and important features for accounting students. this trait, along with the personality traits of machiavellian, shape their ethical orientation. therefore, this study, based on the theory of mind, examines the impact of machiavellianism and emotional intelligence , as psychological variables, on ethical orientation in accounting graduate students. for this purpose, a sample of postgraduate and doctoral accounting students at the islamic azad university was selected. theoretical research bases and research data were collected through library studies and questionnaires, respectively. the research hypotheses were also tested based on structural equations. the results show that emotional intelligence does not have a significant effect on idealism. but emotional intelligence has a significant and positive effect on relativism. the findings also show that machiavellianism has a significant and negative effect on idealism and a positive and significant effect on relativism. the evidence of this study emphasizes that the ethical orientation of accounting students is influenced by their psychological characteristics.
