مدلیابی تلفیق نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و مدل پنج عاملی شخصیت بر قصد سرمایه‌گذاری سهامداران خرد در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

هدف از این تحقیق، مدل‌یابی تلفیق نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و مدل پنج عاملی شخصیت بر قصد سرمایه‌گذاری سهامداران خرد در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بود. روش تحقیق در این تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه سهامداران خرد فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بوده که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس و با استفاده از فورمول نامعین کوکران، تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. در سطح توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آماره‌های میانگین و انحراف معیار استفاده شد. علاوه بر این داده‌ها با به‌کارگیری نرم افزارهای spss26 و smart pls از طریق الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که هنجار ذهنی، نگرش نسبت به سرمایه گذاری سهام و کنترل رفتاری درک شده بر قصدسرمایه‌گذاری سهامداران خرد در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد.همچنین، نجار ذهنی بر نگرش افراد نسبت به سرمایه گذاری در سهام تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. علاوه براین، صفات شخصیتی شامل برونگرایی، تجربه‌پذیری، روان رنجوری، سازگاری و مسئولیت‌پذیری بر هنجار ذهنی، نگرش نسبت به سرمایه گذاری سهام و کنترل رفتاری درک شده سهامداران خرد در شکل گیری قصد آن‌ها برای سرمایه‌گذاری ‌در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، اثر معنی داری دارند.

modeling the combination of the theory of planned behavior and the personality five-factor model on invest intention of micro shareholders to in tehran stock exchange

the purpose of this research was to model the integration of the theory of planned behavior and the five factor model of personality on the investment intention of retail shareholders in the tehran stock exchange. the research method in this research was descriptive correlation type. the statistical population of this research includes all small shareholders active in the tehran stock exchange, 384 people were selected as a sample based on the available sampling method and using cochran’s indeterminate formula. the data collection tool was a researcher made questionnaire. at the descriptive level of data analysis, average and standard deviation statistics were used. in addition, the data were analyzed by using spss26 and smart pls software through structural equation modeling. the results showed that the subjective norm, the attitude towards stock investment and the perceived behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on the investment intention of retail shareholders in the tehran stock exchange. also, the subjective norm has a positive effect on people’s attitude towards investing in stocks. and it is meaningful. in addition, personality traits including extroversion, openness to experience, neuroticism, adaptability and responsibility on the subjective norm, attitude towards stock investment and the perceived behavioral control of small shareholders in the formation of their intention to invest in the tehran stock exchange. , have a significant effect.
