طراحی مدل کارآفرینی استراتژیک در مدیریت شهرهای فرودگاهی مطالعه موردی شهر فرودگاهی امام خمینی(ره)

پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی مدل کارآفرینی استراتژیک در مدیریت شهرهای فرودگاهی که امروز درسطح دنیا به قطب‌های مهم جلب سرمایه‌گذاری تبدیل‌شده‌اند، انجام‌گرفت تا از این رهگذر بتوان در شرایط رقابتی شدید حاکم ضمن ارتقای رقابت‌پذیری و قابلیت جذب سرمایه‌گذاری‌ها و کسب‌وکارهای این پدیده میان بخشی صنعت هوانوردی و دنیای کسب‌و‌کار، کشور به منافع ملی، سازمانی و فردی این سرمایه ملی دست‌پیدا‌کند. پژوهش از نظر نوع ‌ در زمره تحقیقات‌کیفی‌کمی ، از جهت هدف کاربردی توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد که با رویکرد نوین مبتنی‌بر پارادایم تفسیری، مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری(ism) انجام‌شد. براین اساس با بررسی وسیع مبانی نظری، ابعاد اولیه مدل پژوهش شناسایی و در ادامه با بهره‌گیری از دورهای تکنیک دلفی و مشارکت 18نفر از نخبگان فکری و ابزاری، ابعاد نهایی معرفی و با استفاده از گام‌های مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری روابط بین ابعاد و سطح‌بندی آنها تعیین و مدل نهایی ترسیم شد. براساس یافته‌های تحقیق و تحلیل قدرت نفوذ و وابستگی (micmac) رهبری کارآفرینانه، دستگاه فکری‌ کارآفرینانه، فرهنگ ‌کارآفرینانه به‌عنوان سنگ‌بنای ابعاد مدل در سطح چهارم، مدیریت استراتژیک منابع، رفتار فرصت‌جویی، رفتار مزیت‌طلبی، نوآوری مستمر، ریسک‌پذیری و پیش‌بینی ریسک، رفتار پیشگامانه و فعال در سطح سوم، تعادل بین رفتارهای فرصت‌جویی و مزیت‌طلبی و تخصیص منابع بین این‌دو، در سطح دوم و نوسازی استراتژیک، بازسازی مدل کسب‌و‌کار، جوانسازی سازمانی و بازآفرینی پایدار در سطح اول به‌عنوان ابعاد اصلی و سطوح مدل نهایی را تشکیل می‌دهند که محققان درجمعبندی، الزامات و پیشنهادهای خود برای پیاده‌سازی موفق مدل را ارائه‌کردند.

strategic entrepreneurship modeling in the management of airport cities (a case study of imam khomeini airport city)

the research carried out aiming at strategic entrepreneurship modeling in the management of airport cities which have been transformed to important investment poles in the world, to achieve national, organizational and individual benefits of these capitals, promoting their competitiveness and investment and businesses attraction capabilities. the research type is qualitative quantitative; it’s purpose is applied developmental and method is survey descriptive, which was done with with a new approach based on the interpretive paradigm, interpretive structural modeling(ism). the primary dimensions of the model were identified through a wide review of literature. then applying delphi technique rounds with the participation of 18 intellectual and instrumental expert elites, the final dimensions were identified and their relationships and stratification were determined using the steps of ism, and final model was drawn. based on the research findings analysis of the power and dependence(micmac), entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial culture as the cornerstones of the model at the fourth level, strategic management of resources, opportunity seeking behavior, advantage seeking behavior, continuous innovation, risk acceptance and prediction, proactive behavior in the third level, balance between opportunity and advantage seeking behaviors and allocation of resources between the two, in the second level and strategic renewal, business model reconstruction, organizational rejuvenation and sustainable regeneration in the first level are the main dimensions and levels of the final model. in conclusion, the researchers presented their suggestions for the successful implementation of the model.
