تحلیل دینامیکی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت سرمایه در بخش کشاورزی ایران

سرمایه گذاری در بخش کشاورزی نقش بسزایی در تولید، اشتغال و صادرات دارد با وجود گستردگی و ظرفیت های بالقوه بخش کشاورزی، توان رقابتی آن بسیار محدود است. مهمترین هدف این پژوهش، ارائه مدل پویا برای سرمایه گذاری در بخش کشاورزی کشور، سناریو مناسب و اجرایی جهت بهبود سرمایه گذاری در بخش کشاورزی کشور می باشد. با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه باخبرگان عوامل موثر بر سرمایه گذاری در بخش کشاورزی کشور شناسایی گردید سپس با تعیین روابط متغیرهای پژوهش و استخراج فرضیه های پویا، نمودارهای علت معلول و موجودی جریان شکل گرفتند. نهایتاً شبیه سازی مدل در نرم افزار ونسیم و اعتبار مدل مورد تایید قرار گرفت. دو سناریو اجرا و تا سال 1410 ارائه گردید و بررسی گردید. نتایج حاکی از کنترل تورم نقش موثری در سرمایه گذاری دارد، از طریق افزایش سرمایه گذاری در آموزش، تحقیق توسعه و مکانیزاسیون موجب افزایش میزان تولید و صادرات می گردد و همچنین کاهش کشت محصولات پرآب خواه و بکارگیری تکنولوژی آبیاری سبب کاهش مصرف آب می‏گردد. پس از شبیه‏سازی مدل سناریوی اول که از طریق سرمایه گذاری در مکانیزاسیون، آموزش و تحقیق توسعه می تواند تاثیر بیشتری بر بهبود سرمایه گذاری در بخش کشاورزی کشور داشته باشد.

dynamic analysis of factors affecting capital management in iran’s agricultural sector

investment in the agricultural sector has a significant role in production, employment and exports, despite the extent and potential capacities of the agricultural sector, its competitiveness is very limited. the most important goal of this research is to provide a dynamic model for investment in the country’s agriculture sector, a suitable and effective scenario to improve investment in the country’s agriculture sector. by using library studies and interviews of informants, the factors affecting investment in the country’s agriculture sector were identified, then by determining the relationships of the research variables and extracting dynamic hypotheses, cause effect diagrams and flow inventory were formed. finally, the simulation of the model in vensim software and the validity of the model was confirmed. two scenarios were implemented and presented and reviewed until 1410. the results indicate that inflation control has an effective role in investment, through increasing investment in education, research, development and mechanization, it increases production and exports, and also, reducing the cultivation of water intensive crops and using irrigation technology reduces water consumption. after simulating the model of the first scenario, through investment in mechanization, education and research and development, it can have a greater impact on improving investment in the country’s agricultural sector.
