تاثیر افشای اختیاری فروش دارایی ها از طریق صدور اعلامیه بر عملکرد مالی

صدور اعلامیه فروش دارایی ها، یکی از راهبردهای افشای اختیاری اطلاعات است که میتوان از آن در سنجش و ارزیابی صحیح واکنش های بازار و تحلیل نوع تصمیمات اتخاذ شده در راستای ارزیابی شرکتها، استفاده نمود. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر افشای اختیاری فروش دارایی ها از طریق صدور اعلامیه بر عملکرد مالی شرکتها با استفاده از داده های مندرج در صورتهای مالی 108 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در قلمرو زمانی 1392 تا 1397 است. روش پژِوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر رویکرد، خردگرایانه و از نظر ماهیت به دلیل آنکه باعث می شود تاثیر چند متغیر بر یک متغیر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد، از نوع علی-معلولی است. همچنین از نظر ماهیت داده ها، کمی و از نظر طول مدت زمان، ترکیبی است. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها، از مدل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه به شیوه حداقل مربعات تعمیم‌یافته با استفاده از داده های ترکیبی بهره گرفته شده است. یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که افشای اختیاری فروش دارایی ها از طریق صدور اعلامیه بر عملکرد مالی شرکتها، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

the impact of optional disclosure of asset sales on the financial performance

issuance of asset sales declaration is one of the strategies of voluntary disclosure of information that can be used to measure and evaluate the correct market reactions and analyze the type of decisions taken in order to evaluate companies. accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of voluntary disclosure of asset sales on the financial performance of companies using the data contained in the financial statements of 108 companies listed on the tehran stock exchange in the period 2013 to 2019. the method of research is applied in terms of purpose, applied in terms of approach, rationalistic and in terms of nature because it causes the effect of several variables on a variable to be examined. it is also quantitative in nature and quantitative in duration. to test the hypotheses, the generalized least squares linear multiple regression model was used using the combined data. findings from the study show that voluntary disclosure of asset sales has a positive and significant effect on companies’ financial performance.
