آسیب‌شناسی صنعت خودروی کشور با استفاده از راهبرد نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد و ارائه راهکارهایی برای برون رفت آن از وضعیت کنونی

هدف این پژوهش آسیب‌شناسی صنعت خودروی کشور و ارائه راهکارهایی برای برون رفت آن از وضعیت کنونی است. روش مورد استفاده در پژوهش، نظریه ی داده بنیاد است. گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش با توجه به ضرورت دریافت تجربه‌های مشارکت‌کنندگان و دیدگاه آن‌ها نسبت به وضعیت صنعت خودروی کشور و عوامل تاثیرگذار و به وجود آورنده وضعیت کنونی، از دو ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و جمع آوری اظهارنظرهای صورت گرفته در مصاحبه های انجام شده توسط صاحبنظران و خبرگان صنعت خودرو استفاده شد و کار تا آنجا ادامه یافت که داده های مورد نیاز تحقیق از حیث تنوعات و کفایت به اشباع رسید.تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از استراتژی نظریه داده‌بنیاد و رهیافت نظام مند اشتراوس و کُربین با سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی انجام و راهکارهای توسعه صنعت خودرو و الزامات پیاده سازی آن ارائه شد. راهبردهای تعیین تکلیف مالکیت و خصوصی سازی صنعت، تسهیل دستیابی صنعت خودرو و صنعت قطعه‌سازی کشور به منابع مالی مورد نیاز، بازنگری برنامه راهبردی تدوین شده برای این صنعت بر اساس شرایط و مقتضیات صنعت خودرو، تسهیل فرایند جذب و سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، توجه به صرفه مقیاس و یکپارچه‌سازی صنعت، اصلاح و بازنگری در قوانین مصوب برای صنعت خودرو با هدف هدفمندسازی ‌حمایت‌ها و افزایش ضمانت اجرای قوانین،استفاده از الگوی توسعه شبکه‌محور با ایجاد شبکه‌ای از مهندسین مشاور داخلی و خارجی و حمایت از سرمایه‌گذاری بر روی خودروهای با فن‌آوری نوین از جمله خودروهای برقی و هیبریدی برای خروج صنعت خودروی کشور از وضعیت کنونی پیشنهاد شد.

the purpose of this study is to investigate the pathology of the automobile industry in the country and provide some solutions to overcome it. the most commonly used method of research is fundamental data theory. data gathering in this study was done through two semi structured interviews and collecting comments from interviewees considering the necessity of participants’ experiences and their view of the state of the automobile industry and its influencing factors and current situation. used by automotive experts and experts, the work continued until the data needed for the research was saturated with diversity.data analysis was performed using strauss and carbin’s data base strategy and systematic approach strategy with three steps of open coding, axial coding and selective coding and presented automotive industry development strategies and implementation requirements. industry ownership and privatization task strategies, facilitating the access to the financing of the automotive industry and the segmentation industry, revising the strategic plan for the industry based on the conditions and requirements of the industry, facilitating the process of attraction and foreign investment, considering scale savings and integrating industry, amending and revising the laws adopted for the automotive industry with the aim of targeting support and enhancing law enforcement, using a network based development model by building a network of internal and external consulting engineers, and supporting investment in new technology vehicles, including automobiles. electricity a hybrid was proposed to exit the country’s car industry from the current situation.
