شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل سرمایه گذاری سبز

امروزه شرکت ها در بازاری رقابتی الزامات محصولاتی با رعایت عوامل محیط زیست را دارند، که استانداردهای مربوطه(مانند iso14001) را رعایت نمایند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل تولید ناب سبز و سرمایه گذاری سبز با روش فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی ahp انجام شده است، روش نمونه گیری از نوع هدفمند بوده و در سال 1396 انجام شده است. تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و توصیفی قرار دارد که با مطالعه جامع پیشینه پژوهش و مصاحبه عمیق با خبرگان، 7 معیار اصلی تولید ناب – سبز شناسایی و اولویت بندی شده است که مدیریت سرمایه انسانی در فرایند تولید با وزن 0.310 مهمترین عامل می باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان می دهد که سه عامل توسعه مشارکت و تفویض اختیار به کارکنان، بهبود مستمر فرآیند ارائه خدمات و استقرار سیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی مهمترین عوامل در کاهش کلیه گروههای مختلف ابعاد ارزیابی یا انواع ضایعات در سیستم تولید ناب – سبز به شمار می آید. این نتایج در قالب گزارشگری ابعاد غیر پولی یا پایداری، تصویری جامع از فعالیت های سازمان و دیدگاهی متوازن از آثار و منافع آن را در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیطی ارائه می نماید و از آنجایی که اندازه گیری مالی عملکرد پایداری شرکتها رو به افزایش است، ارزیابی ریسک و بازده مورد انتظار عملکرد مدیریت شرکت ها، با نگرش پایداری نیز امکان پذیر خواهد شد و سرمایه گذاری در ابعاد پایداری برای سرمایه گذاران یک مزیت نسبی تلقی گردیده و یکی از عوامل اساسی موقعیت تجاری به شمار می رود.

Identification and Ranking of Green investment Factors

Today, companies in the competitive market are required to produce products that respect environmental factors. And they must comply with the relevant standards (such as ISO14001). The purpose of this study was to identify and rank the green and green production factors through the AHP hierarchical process analysis method. The sampling method was purposeful and carried out in 2017. The research is a descriptive and applied research. With the comprehensive study of research background and deep interview with experts, seven major criteria of puregreen production have been identified and prioritized. Human capital management in the production process with the weight of 0.310 is the most important factor. The results also show that the three factors for developing employee participation and participation, the continuous improvement of the service delivery process, and the establishment of an environmental management system are the most important factors in reducing all aspects of assessment or types of waste in the pure green production system. These results in the form of nonmonetary or sustainability reporting provide a comprehensive picture of the organization’s activities and a balanced view of its effects and benefits in terms of economic, social and environmental dimensions, and as the financial measurement of the sustainability of companies is increasing , The risk assessment and expected returns of corporate governance performance will be possible with a sustainability approach, and investing in sustainability dimensions is considered to be a relative advantage for investors and is considered as one of the underlying factors of a trading position.
