معرفی کتاب «اقسام الامراض» تالیفی در قرن سیزده هجری قمری

شناخت انواع بیماری‌ها و اسباب و علائم آنها از مباحث مهم در پزشکی است که نقش بسیار مهمی در تشخیص، درمان و پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها دارد. در این مقاله، کتاب اقسام ‌الامراض که به تقسیم بیماری‌ها و بیان اسباب و علائم آنها در طب ایرانی پرداخته است، معرفی می‏شود. حکیم محمد شمس‌الدین‌بن ‌حکیم حسام‌الدین‌بن‌ حکیم خواجه معین‌الدین، رسالۀ اقسام‌ الامراض را در سال 1275 ه‍‌.‌ق، در 128 صفحه به زبان فارسی نوشته است. نسخۀ خطی این کتاب در کتابخانۀ نظامیۀ حیدرآباد هند نگهداری می‌شود. در این رساله تعریف، اسباب و علل، دلایل و علائمِ حدود 490 بیماری (از سر تا قدم) در پنج بخش بیان شده است. ابواب و عناوین پنج‌گانۀ این کتاب عبارت‌اند از: 1. امراض به‌حسب اعضا؛ 2. امراض مختصۀ مردان؛ 3. امراض مختصۀ زنان؛ 4. پوست و مو؛ 5. حُمَّیات. این کتاب در قرن 13 ه‍‌.‌ق نگاشته شده است و کلمات و اصطلاحات غیرفارسی در بخش‌های مختلف آن به چشم می‌خورد و حاوی اطلاعات مهمی دربارۀ تعریف و تقسیم‌بندی بیماری‌ها و اسباب و علائم آنهاست. رسالۀ اقسام‌ الامراض، علی‌رغم حجم کم آن، اطلاعات ارزشمند و دقیقی برای آشنایی با بیماری‌ها دارد. این کتاب بدون پرداختن به اختلاف‌نظرها به‌اختصار و به‌صورت روان و شفاف، مطالب اصلی و مهم مربوط به بیماری‌ها را بیان کرده است که می‌تواند مورد استفادۀ پژوهشگران در حوزۀ مکتب طب سنتی ایران قرار گیرد.

recognizing types of diseases, their causes, and symptoms are important topics in medicine, which play a very important role in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases. in this article, we introduced the book aqsam-ul-amraz, which divided diseases and explained their causes and symptoms based on persian medicine. in 1275 ah, hakim muhammad shams al-din ibn hakim hissam al-din ibn hakim khwaja muin al-din penned the 128-page treatise on aqsam-ul-amraz based on persian medicine. the manuscript of this book is kept in nizamiyya library, hyderabad, india. in this treatise, the definitions, causes, reasons, and symptoms of about 490 diseases are described from head to toe in five sections. the five chapters and titles of this book include: 1. diseases according to organs; 2. diseases specific to men; 3. diseases specific to women; 4. skin and hair; and 5. fevers. written in the 13th century ah, this book contains non-persian words and terms in different sections, and covers important information about the definition and classification of diseases and their causes and symptoms. despite a small volume, the treatise on types of diseases contains valuable and accurate information for familiarizing with diseases. this book briefly states the main and important contents related to diseases in a fluent and clear manner without addressing different opinions. this book can be used by researchers in the field of traditional persian medicine.
