a new view on neutrosophic matrix

In the present paper, we define a new kind of matrix called by a neutrosophic matrix, whose entries are all single-valuedneutrosophic sets. so, we aim to be introduce a convenient tool for the problems, have uncertain inputs. we first give the definition of a neutrosophic matrix with its basic operations. then we investigate the properties of the given operations and also prove that the family of all neutrosophic matrices is a vector space over a classical field.
