توسعه‌ی مدل مفهومی زنجیره‌ی تامین پایدار با قابلیت‌های ناب و چابک (مورد مطالعه: سازندگان تجهیزات چرخشی در صنعت نفت و گاز)

چکیده
|
تغییر در شرایط محیطی، بازنگری در زنجیره‌های تامین را اجتناب‌ناپذیر می‌کند. هدف پژوهش مدلی از زنجیره‌ی تامین پایدار با ویژگی‌های ناب و چابک است. روش پژوهش، مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری است. پژوهش در صنعت ساخت تجهیزات چرخشی صنایع نفت‌وگاز انجام شد. از سی‌ویک عامل شناسایی شده در قالب سه مولفه‌ی پایداری، ناب و چابک و چهار بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی و سازمانی، بیست‌ودو عامل توسط خبرگان برای مدل انتخاب شدند. چهار سطح مدل عبارت‌اند از: پیشران، توانمندساز پایه، توانمندساز عملیاتی و دستاوردها. نتیجه‌ی اصلی پژوهش آن است که برای دستیابی به اهداف زنجیره‌ی تامین پایدار، باید ضمن نگرش به یکپارچگی و همراستایی زنجیره‌ی تامین در تمامی سطوح یاد شده در مدل، به سطوح پیشران )تعهد مدیر ارشد و استفاده از فنّاوری اطلاعات در زنجیره‌ی تامین پایدار(و توانمندساز پایه)امنیت شغلی و رضایت کارکنان، رفاه اجتماعی کارکنان و عامل شفافیت و همکاری بین اعضای زنجیره‌ی تامین( توجه بیشتری داشت.

Abstract
|
the sustainable supply chain, which emphasizes all three dimensions of economic, social, and environmental issues, is currently highly regarded by researchers and scholars in various industrial fields. this research has been done to present a sustainable supply chain model with lean and agile characteristics. the resulting model serves as a guide for companies. the model is designed with an economic perspective while paying attention to environmental and social concerns, aiming to achieve and maintain a competitive position. using the subject literature and reviewing the conducted research as well as interviews with experts, the effective factors of sustainability, lean and agile supply chains were identified. the most important factors were selected by a survey of experts. the model was obtained by the using interpretive structural modeling. the model shows the relationships between the factors. micmac technique was used to determine the penetration power and dependence of factors. the research was conducted in the rotary equipment manufacturing industry, which isused in oil and gas industries. from the thirty-one factors identified in three components of sustainability, lean and agile, as well as four dimensions of economic, social, environmental, and organizational, twenty-two factors were selected by experts to be used in the model.the model categorizes factors into four levels: driver, basic enabler, operationalenabler, and achievements.as the main result of the research, it can be stated that in order to achieve the success of a sustainable supply chain and create a competitive advantage in it, managers should pay more attention to the two levels in the model, driver level (senior manager commitment and use of information technology in the sustainable supply chain) and also basic enabler level (job security and employee satisfaction, employee social welfare and the factor of transparency and cooperation between members of the supply chain.
