توسعه‌ی مدلی برای ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان مبتنی بر رویکرد تلفیقی انتگرال چوکت انیشتین و i‌i p‌r‌o‌m‌e‌t‌h‌e‌e با تاکید بر معیارهای مدل اسکور (مطالعه‌ی موردی:تامین‌کنندگان تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی)

ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان به‌عنوان عاملی موثر بر نتایج عملکردی سازمان‌ها، یکی از مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌ها در مدیریت زنجیره‌ی تامین است. در این زمینه، ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان حوزه‌ی سلامت و درمان از اهمیت بالاتری برخوردار است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، توسعه‌ی مدلی مبتنی بر معیارهایعملکردی مدل اسکور (s‌c‌o‌r) برای ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی در ابعاد عملکرد تحویل، هزینه و کیفیت است. داده‌های مورد نیاز پژوهش از خبرگان آزمایشگاه‌های بیمارستان‌های موجود در منطقه‌ی 12 تهران جمع‌آوری شده است. به‌منظور شبیه‌سازی سازوکارهای فازی تفکرانسانی، یک مدل تصمیم‌گیری گروهی با اعداد فازی شهودی ارائه شده و نظرات خبرگان این حوزه با استفاده از مدل p‌r‌o‌m‌e‌t‌h‌e‌ei‌i و با تکیه‌بر عملگر هندسی انتگرال چوکت انیشتین فازی به‌صورت اعداد فازی شهودی مثلثی تجمیع و تحلیل شده است. ارزیابی نتایج رویکرد پیشنهادی مطابق نظرات خبرگان و مقایسه‌ی آن با مدل i‌i p‌r‌o‌m‌e‌t‌h‌e‌e ساده، صحت و دقت بالای روش پیشنهادی را تایید می‌کند.
