رابطه کیفیت روابط (حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده، تعارض های بین فردی، عمق روابط)با شدت درد زایمان طبیعی

مقدمه: درد شدید زایمان طبیعی یکی از عواملی است که موجب شده این نوع زایمان با وجود پیامد های جسمی و روانی کمتر، از لحاظ آماری بعد از سزارین قرار بگیرد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی رابطه کیفیت روابط و خرده مقیاس های آن با شدت درد زایمان طبیعی بود. مواد و روش‌: این مطالعه توصیفی به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بر روی 80 زن که زایمان طبیعی داشته اند، در سال 1394-1395 انجام شد. داده ها با پرسش نامه کیفیت روابط پیرس(qri)   و فرم کوتاه شده درد مک گیل (mcgill) جمع آوری و با آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام به گام  تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، رابطه ی بین کیفیت روابط باشدت درد زایمان طبیعی معنی دار است(p<0.0001). به این طریق که خرده مقیاس تعارض های بین فردی 16 درصد از شدت درد را پیش بینی می کند (p<0.0001)، با وارد شدن متغیر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده این میزان 5 درصد افزایش یافت. بعد از ورود هر کدام از خرده مقیاس های حمایت اجتماعی، و تعارض بین فردی (والدین، همسر، دوستان) به مدلی مجزا، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده همسر (p<0.0001)، و تعارض های بین فردی همسر(p<0.0001)، معنی دار شد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق؛ برای کاستن درد زایمان طبیعی و افزایش میزان این نوع زایمان، در کنار سایر مداخلات می‌بایست به متغیرهای روانشناختی و اجتماعی از جمله؛ تقویت شبکه‌های اجتماعی و کاهش تعارض‌های زناشویی توجه نمود.

The relationship between the quality of relationships (social support, interpersonal conflict, the depth of relations) and natural labor pain

Introduction: Severe pain caused by natural vaginal delivery makes it less popular however physical and psychological side effects are less than cesarean. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the subscales of the quality of relations and vaginal delivery.Methods: This descriptive study was done on 80  women who delivered children naturally, in 13941395. data was collected by the quality of relationships Pierce questionnaire (QRI) and short form McGill pain and analyzed by the stepwise multiple regression.Results: The results showed that the relationship between the quality of the relationship and labor pain intensity was meaningful (p <0/0001). In this way, the conflict between the individual subscales of pain intensity predicts 16 % (p<0/0001). By entering this variable, perceived social support was increased 5%. In between the subscales of social support (parents, spouse, friends), interpersonal conflict (parents, spouse, friends) and depth of relationships (parents, spouse, friends) after entering each Separate model, perceived social support from husband (p <0/0001) interpersonal conflicts husband )p <0/0001(and depth of relationship with her husband )p <0/01(, was meaningful. Conclusion: According to the results; to reduce the pain of natural childbirth, In addition to other interventions, psychological and social variables such as strengthen socail networks and reducing marital conflict should be considered.
