پیشران‌ها و پسران‌های توسعه تعامل در محیط سلامت برخط: رویکرد روان‌شناسی (مورد مطالعه: کاربران و پزشکان در جامعه سلامت برخط از طریق گروه های تلگرامی)

مقدمه: هدف از انجام این پژوهش  شناسایی پیشران ها و پسران های توسعه تعامل در محیط سلامت بر خط است؛ روش: از این رو جامعه مورد بررسی جوامع اینترنتی و گروه های اینترنتی است. برای این مهم در این پژوهش ابتدا 4 گروه تلگرامی بزرگ در زمینه سلامت که در آن کاربران و متخصصان با هم درزمینه های مختلف در تعامل هستند انتخاب شد و نظریات هر گروه بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از ان است که تمامی شاخصه های به دست امده دارای پایایی و روایی لازم بودند و تمامی انها مورد تایید قرار گرفتند؛ نتیجه‌گیری: از نتایج یافته شده میتوان به این موارد اشاره گرد:پیشران ها از دیدگاه کاربران: دریافت اطلاعات قابل اعتماد زمان برای فکر کردن درباره سوالات مربوطه دریافت پاسخ فوری تخصص بیمار دریافت تسلیحات احساس تنهایی کمتر کمک متقابل دسترسی به متخصصین بهداشتی حس جامعه؛ پسران ها از دیگاه کاربران: اطلاعات بیش از حد دریافت اطلاعات متناقض تاخیر در پاسخ مقابله با نابودی بیماری عقاید تجاری؛ پیشران ها از دیگاه متخصصان: تخصص سلامت و بهداشت اعطای مبادله تخصص بیمار بالا بردن آگاهی امکان تسلای خاطر و تشویق حس جامعه؛ پسران ها از دیدگاه متخصصان: فقدان اطلاعات کلیدی در مورد کاربران اجتناب از پاسخ های ارجاع به پزشکان اخلاق و حفاظت از داده ها تطبیق اصطلاحات پزشکی انتظارات غیرواقعی درگیری ها و تعارض.

Proponents and Boys to Develop Interaction in Online Health: Psychology approach(study Case: Users and Physicians in the Online Health Community via Telegram Groups)

Objective:The purpose of this research is to identify the proponents and boys of the development of interaction in the health environment online, and therefore the community is being studied by the Internet communities and Internet groups. Method: For this purpose, in this study, at first, four major telegram groups in the field of health, in which users and experts interact in different fields, were selected and the views of each group were examined.
