مروری بر روش‌های رنگرزی سنتی الیاف فرش و تحلیل وضعیت موجود رنگرزی در استان مرکزی

یکی از دلایل شهرت فرش دستباف، رنگرزی با رنگزاهای طبیعی است. دانش رنگرزی سینه به سینه منتقل و این حرفه فعالیتی موروثی بوده است. در استان مرکزی با توسعه صنعتی اراک سریع‌تر از سایر مناطق فرشبافی ایران سنت‌های بومی، اصالت رنگ‌های فرش منطقه و کاهش فعالیت رنگرزان دستخوش تغییر گردید. آگاهی جامعه مصرف‎ کننده فرش به مشکلات رنگزاهای مصنوعی، و آسیب‌های زیست محیطی پسماند این رنگزاها لزوم توجه به سلامت کالای مصرفی و حفظ محیط زیست، بازگشت به رنگزاهای طبیعی و آگاهی از دانش رنگرزی سنتی را امری گریزناپذیر نموده است. مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی روش‌های رنگرزی سنتی فرش در استان مرکزی انجام شد. در این پژوهش کاربردی و کیفی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه عمیق و یافته‌ها به روش توصیفی تحلیلی ارائه گردید. نتایج حاکی است این استان از گذشته یکی از مناطق غنی رنگرزی ایران بوده است و در وضعیت موجود کاهش فعالیت رنگرزی، کاربرد رنگزاهای جوهری و شیمیایی به جای رنگزاهای گیاهی و طبیعی و رنگرزی خانگی به جای رنگرزی کارگاهی در تغییر روش رنگرزی الیاف فرش نقش اصلی را دارا است.

identification of carpet dyeing traditions and analysis of dyeing situation in markazi province

natural dyeing was very common for the coloration of yarns that were used in iranian man-made carpets. the knowledge of natural dyeing was transferred from one generation to the next one during the years. the common traditional natural dyes were replaced by synthetic dyes for the coloration of carpet yarns due to the fast industrialization of markazi province. however, the consumers are now more concerned about the environmental aspects of synthetic dyes in textile coloration, which is a new incentive for the producers to use natural dyes again.  this study is based on a literature review and a series of interviews to identify native dyeing traditions and analyze the existing situation of dyeing in markazi province. the results indicated that the carpet yarn dyeing has reduced in the province noticeably and the use of synthetic dyes along with inorganic salts is more common than natural dyes. the textile dyeing was often performed on a small scale in houses rather than in well-equipped dyeing workshops.
