تحلیلی بر اکوسیستم نوآوری واکسن‌های انسانی در ایران

اهداف: اکوسیستم نوآوری بیان می دارد که نوآوری از طریق شبکه های تعاملی در سطوح مختلف اتفاق می افتد. این شبکه یک طیف گسترده از ذی نفعان را داراست که به عنوان بخشی از اکوسیستم نوآوری، به طور پیچیده ای در فرآیند نوآوری با یکدیگر در ارتباط هستند. با توجه به اهمیت پیشگیری در بخش سلامت و نظر به اهمیت نقش فناوری های زیستی در این حوزه، هدف این تحقیق، ارایه تحلیلی بر اکوسیستم نوآوری واکسن های انسانی ایران بود.مشارکت کنندگان و روش ها: در پژوهش کیفی حاضر از نوع اکتشافی و توصیفی، ضمن بررسی ابعاد اکوسیستم نوآوری در ادبیات جهان و ویژگی های اصلی آن، وضعیت اکوسیستم نوآوری واکسن های انسانی ایران بررسی شد. این بررسی از طریق تحلیل محتوای اسناد موجود و مصاحبه های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته با صاحب نظران این حوزه، انجام و مدلی از وضعیت موجود اکوسیستم نوآوری واکسن کشور ترسیم شد.یافته ها: غالب دانش آموختگان آشنایی کافی با فنون و تکنیک های لازم برای حضور در صنعت نداشتند. وجود دو موسسه بزرگ واکسن ساز یعنی انستیتو پاستور و رازی از داشته های مهم اکوسیستم بودند. تعداد کم شرکت های ارایه دهنده خدمات و ارتباط اندک شرکت های خدماتی موجود با شرکت های دانش بنیان از جمله کاستی ها بود. کاستی ها در ویژگی های ثبات و تعامل پویا در اکوسیستم نوآوری واکسن های انسانی ایران مشهود و اتخاذ سیاست ها برای ایجاد یا تقویت این ویژگی ها از موضوعات مهم کشور در این حوزه بود.نتیجه گیری: اکوسیستم نوآوری واکسن های زیستی در ایران با وجود فراوانی عناصر و بازیگران این حوزه، هنوز به شکل سازمان یافته ای شکل نگرفته است و ایجاد و توسعه آن نیازمند توجه به ویژگی های اکوسیستم نوآوری و رفع چالش های آن است.

An Analysis of the Innovation Ecosystem for Human Vaccines in Iran

Aims: The innovation ecosystem states that innovation through interactive networks occurs at different levels. The network has a wide range of stakeholders that are complex in the innovation process as part of the innovation ecosystem. Considering the importance of the issue of prevention in the health sector and the importance of the role of biotechnology in this field, the aim of this study was to examine the innovation ecosystem of human vaccines in Iran.Participants and Methods: In this qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive research, while investigating the dimensions of the ecosystem of innovation in literature and its main characteristics, the status of the innovation ecosystem of human vaccines was investigated in Iran. This study was carried out through content analysis of the current documents and deep and semistructured interviews with experts in this field. Subsequently, a description of the current state of the vaccine innovation ecosystem was presented.Findings: Most of the graduates did not have enough familiarity with the techniques needed to attend the industry. The existence of two major vaccine manufacturers, the Pasteur and Razi Institutes, were of important properties of ecosystems. The small number of service providers and existing service companies with knowledgebased organizations were of shortcomings. Shortcomings in the characteristics of stable and dynamic interaction in the innovation ecosystem of human vaccines in Iran were evident and the making policies to create or strengthen these characteristics was one of the important issues of Iran in this area.Conclusion: Despite the abundance of elements and actors in this field, the innovation ecosystem of vaccines in Iran has not yet been formulated in a structured way, and its creation and development requires the characteristics of the innovation ecosystem and the resolution of its challenges.
